[Resolved]  Bharti Value — loan not sanctioned

I was contacted by Ms Richa from Bharti Value and were offering us a loan of Rs.300000 at 0 percent rate of interest as they were providing loans to needy in collaboration with some NGO. their condition was that we had to pay them 14999 rupees in advance and then loan will be sanctioned within 12 days. their representative came and we made a payment by cheque which was cleared within a week. But since then we have been try to contact them but their contact number is unavailable. We have the acknowledgment slip about the amount paid. we want our money back.
