Bharti Value — Non receipt of investment of Rs.4,50,000

I had an Insurance policy of SBI, for which I have paid Rs.30000 towards first premium.Lateron I have discontinued the Annual premium due to un satisfaction terms of policy. On 31.10.2014 I received a Phone from [protected] of Vivek Sharma claiming from Fund Transfer Deptt. Pune. He ask me if I have any grivence from any insurance policy. I explained him in detail on phone. Then he told me that our Officer Mr.Gulati has seen on computer that there is enhancement of Rs.13190 in your policy fund value, but your policy has been lapsed, so you have to pay Rs.30000 for renewal of policy for which you have to sent a cheque of Rs.30000 today i.e.on 31.10.2014 in favour of BHARTI VALUE alongwith photo & copy of Adhar Card. I sent cheque & other documents as desired.Lateron it is told to me that cheque of Rs.73190 bearing No.004662 of Axis Bank dt. 31.10.14 has been issued to you. This cheque has not been received by me so far. It is pertinent to mention here that I have also sent a mail of documents & cheque at ankurrim @ gmail.com as directed. Later on it is told to me that our Boss Mr.Gulati has received A huge budget of 150 Crore from COAL INDIA LTD. Shares of Coal India are being allotted @ 6.27 . If you are interested send the cheque in favour of BHARTI VALUE with which we have joint bank account. They have also told me that monthly pension of Rs.34190 are also being sanctioned by CIL for which you & your wife are entitle. As per their direction I have sent further two cheques of Rs.100000 each, one cheque of Rs.185000 & one cheque of Rs.35000 in favour of BHARTI VALUE as directed. BHARTI VALUE has sent me there cards & other membrship dcuments for which I have not invested.Although I have signed the documents & Forms etc sent to me by BHARTI VALUE. On enquiry on Phone Mr.Gulati (Boss) has told that Forms & documents of BHARTI VALUE are only formal and BHARTI VALUE has transferred your investment to us.Thus, I have deposited total amount of Rs.450000 .
