Bhim App — Money got debited from my bank account but not credited to receivers account, nor credited back into my account

Sir i have sent ₹ 600 from my Indian Bank account to other bank account via bhim app. Money is debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary account. Please help me sir. Bank is not helping me.
