      I have done adhar payment through [protected]@npci.org.in date 04/09/2017. Reference id[protected]. The amount successfully credited but actual adhar holder didn't credited amount. I asked custemor care they told that the amount 10000 was credited to andhra bank account. They didnt tell the full details of account holder how to come back my amount.         Sir, On 19/08/17 I was transferring 10000rs through BHIM App by writing my name Ravindra singh tomar in payment address but BHIM app added @upi with my name and the amount has been transferred in [protected]@upi which is not my account. In communication with them on twitter when I asked them to tell me the details of account in which my money has been transferred they refused to give me the details. Please help me to get my money back

        I have done one Adhar payment through bhim app debited amount but not credited recipient account.
        After confirming the details for sending money i m getting "internal server error" message. I tried to contact custer care number of BHIM there was no reply What to do? I uninstalled and installed BHIM app again. That too did not solve the issue.

              On 5 august i transact 4000 rupees from my account [protected] to other account and the transcation no. Is[protected] i did many complaints but the money is refund yet i also complained to the bank but they also not helping. I report to the app but the problem not solved yet. Bhim app is a govt app but i feel that it is not a good app because no solve any problm related to refunding money.

By mistake i had missed to fill 1 digit filled a wrong account no. Like "[protected]" instead of "[protected]" amount got debited from my icici account but not created to my baroda account. Please take my complaint and immediately solve the my problem because i'm already waiting from 3 days.

                              I used bhim app to transfer rs. 9999 to my friend's account on 22nd april 2017. But rs. 19998 are debited from my account even though my friend has received rs. 9999 only.

                              I have been tracking the issue since then (Its been 2 months now) and have forwarded it to customer care & support. [protected]@sbi.co.in multiple number of times but no one is responding.

                              The details of my bank & upi account are as follows -

                              — sbi savings account - [protected]

                              — branch name - transport nagar, haldwani

                              — phone no. For upi - [protected]

                              — virtual payment address-[protected]@upi.

                              — virtual payment address of my friend - [protected]@upi.

                              — transaction id for the successful transaction of rs. 9999 is[protected].

                              — transaction id for which money was debited but not transferred to friends account is[protected].

The transaction status was shown done and Rs 1000 was deducted from the above pnb account but yet the transferred amount has not been credited in the above SBI account.

                                                  I have made transaction id[protected] dated 10th April17 at 10.27.08 for Rs. 5000.00, but the transaction shown pending and my account has been debited but the amount not paid further. The transaction is not showing in pending section but appears in transaction with pending tag. the refresh button is not working and nothing has been done to clear my transaction. I had contacted with bank CC but they refused to help as it is pending with BHIM app. After lapse of appx 33 hrs, no one is going to respond and i am suffering badly.

                                                  Inaddition to above, i again make payment of Rs. 10000.00 with transaction id[protected] at 12.43.49on 11th apr 17 i.e. today but the same thing happpened. i have lost my 15000.00and no one is helping me at this front. This app is meant for the people and i was a apprecier of this app and even motivating others to use BHIM app but now i am the victim of this app. Please sort out this matter and get creditted my money to my account asap and restore the faith of thepeople in this app
                                                  I transferred 5500 rs. through bhim app but amound debited my account and not received to beneficiary account and it shows pending status please help me

                                                    I have made recharge of RS.303/- on jio.com website through BHIM UPI app on 7-April-17 but the payment is still not received by Jio therefore my recharge request is still pending and Jio has now cancelled the summer surprise offer of RS.303/- so just because my payment request was not processed by BHIP UPI I missed this offer. Means neither my recharge gets process nor I received refund yet. so please look into the matter and kindly do the needful.
