Bhim App — transaction failed but didn't receive any refund till yet

Hello,

I had transfer rs. 10, 000 inr from mobile no:- [protected]@upi through the bhim app but first was in pending state then transaction failed after two days. But amount of rs. 10, 000 inr was already deducted from my a/c and i already sent mails to bhim app developers and also bhim. Contact and also [protected]@bankwebsite.com and also upi. Opssupport, but i didn't receive any refund. I also trying to call customer care but he/she not receiving any call. He received once and told me that already credited back to your account. But, i didn't receive any refund yet. And, now no one is receiving call.
Please, refund my money. It's urgently needed.

Dear sir i have installed Bhim on my mobile when i am trying to open it shows different bank Bank of baroda i am not holding any account with BOB kindly rectify soon .

I am having account only in HDFC bank.
