Recently I have transferred amount of 3000 Rs to my friend's account, through BHIM app.
there is a deduction in my account but the receiver have not received the amount till date, I have tried to contacted Customer care center regarding this issue, but they guided me to reach out to your group for solving this issue.
Please help me out with this and let me know what is the issue with, details regarding my transaction is below.

My brother had sent me Rs.2000 from his account. The transaction has been shown as successful in both of our BHIM accounts and the money has been deducted from his bank account. However, I haven't received the money till now. It's been 15 days and I seem to get no help from BHIM.
