BHIM — electricity bill payment

Sir,
I submitted a electricity bill payment on june 11th from bank of baroda credit card.
But it's failure.
My money was deducted from my account. I send some screenshots for easiness.
I submitted bill payment ajmer vidhyut vibhag. But there are no biller.
Please help me for refund my money.
