Bhima Jewellers — Poor quality gold

I had purchased gold ornaments such as fancy chain, two bangles n a finger ring in the name of Siddu and Priya on 28th of October. But to my surprise the fancy chain broke into two piece in d place where it was kept within a week of purchase. Now one of d bangles also broke. These ornaments r purchased at ur shivamogga branch. Fancy chain is repaired at ur Mangalore branch. If the ornaments r to b taken for service every now n then, the quality is doubtful... I agree the bangles are weighing 8 gms each but the same is not used regularly... I hv other bangles weighing lightly purchased from other jewellers many years back but they are still intact... When contacted for the complaint the person at ur end us very blunt in saying that I hv purchased smthg light weight... So all the light weight purchased from ur jewellery is bound to break without use ...is that so...I m disappointed...
