There are so many passengers, who travels from board office to ashoka garden. In the bus there is so much of croud arises.
So I want to take attention of yours, please and please run more bus to the ashoka garden route.

I think brts is best for devloping our bhopal, but its not available online recharge why, this is our smart city, sir i requested you plz available online recharge smart pass this is helpfull for our, and also linked with paytm

I want to complaint regarding the passenger filling of katiyar bus which reach bhopal around 8 pm. they were filling the local passengers without giving ticket to them and were behaving very ill with long route passengers and we got too delay in reaching bhopal. the climate inside the bus was too unsafe.kindly look unto the matter.

On. 26/07/2021. 7.20pm i travelled from nadra bus stand to chetak bridge in bus no.mp04pa3933 i have lost my brown leather purse in which my adhar card licence and pancard is there ..and i have called helpline no. They never come on time, Fare is too high as compare to local buses Im residing in Shalimar and My office is at M P nagar. My office timing is from 10:00 AM, & i keep on waiting from 9.30 to 10.30 for city link bus and daily im getting late for office. services on road is so poor when i Compliant to city link bus driver, they argue with me and started abusing, all the bus conductors never give ticket to the passenger. Customer care number is not working. City link bus is to serve people not make head ache...

So its a kind request to take action on piority and plz arrange the proper timing city link bus for Shalimar to Boad office

Sir, First thing i want to say is that all the Driver and Conductor should have the proper dress code and should look like that they are on Duty

Fare is too high as compare to the Distance, the minimum fare is RS. 5/- which is not fare as the Distance is just of Rs. 2.5 /-

The Stop which you have found that is also need to change as all the stops are not convenient to the Passenger.

why r u stop the city link at the rout 4(the star bus whose number is 12)from nehru nagar to habibganj??????????/plz start the new city bus in this rout ..we have suffer from great trouble

I really appreciate introduction of the new buses in bhopal. Routes need to be rationalised. Bus route from TRILANGA TO SAKET NAGAR needs to be changed.
It should go to Board office, and crossing chetak bridge, new ISBT, Habibgunj railwaycrossing, DRM office etc to saket nagar.
Brief reasons are:
1. Bus stops at railway crossing wasting time for everyone.
2. It will provide a link for people residing at Trilanga, 1100 Qtrs, to Board office and MP nagar.
3. There is no bus to MP nagar after 11 no has been stopped.

I would like the corporation to introduce buses on new routes as suggested below:
1. A circular bus route starting from Habibgunj Railway station [ISBT Side] to chetak bridge, Habibgunj rly station [Arera colonyside), Railway crossing, 1100qtrs, Hotel Mgmt, Bittan market, Subhash school, Matamandir, New market, lily talkies, bhopal rly station (platform 1) and Back.
2. A circular bus route starting from University. Habibgunj Railway station [ISBT Side] to chetak bridge, Gautam nagar, Subhashnagar railway crossing, Ashoka garden, Bhopal rly station (platform 1) and Back.
3. Similar to New Delhi, we can identify one circular road naming us Inner ring road, and another as outer ring road and ply buses in a circular manner.
Inner ring road could start from New market, via link road, to Board office, then Habibgunj Railway crossing, 1100 Qtrs, Shahpura Lake, Kolar road junction, Chunabatti, MANIT, back to New Market.
Outer Ring road also could be identified.
4. This should be done to cover New bhopal and Old Bhopal seperately.

Your city buses are a big revolution in Bhopal.There is need to increase the fleet and public campaign should be launched to reduce the ever-growing number of private vehicles particularly 2-wheelers.People should use your comfortable city buses instead of their own vehicles. But due to the wretched mini bus system prevailing in Bhopal for last 40/45 years, people have abandoned using buses and have become solely dependent on their own mode of transport. This attitude needs to be change as there are such good buses available to them.Aassive campaign is necessary with strict ban on mini buses.Hope this would be done by govt.agencies as well as NGOs also.
You should introduce a whole-day ticket like Mumbai.

225 city buses have to ply under JNNURM scheme but only 105 buses are plying.Why? When remaining buses would come? They need to come as early as possible.On Coach Factory route more buses are needed.Similarly on Bairagarh route also.
These grand city buses should go right into Rly Stn premises and take passengers from there.There is ample space on Platform No.1; there a circle can be created around which buses can move like the past days. This would give big relief to people coming out of Rly Stn and going to Rly Stn for boarding train.Hope this proposal would be considered by the BCLL management.
There is great need to strictly ban the mini bus system in the Capital.It is a pity that mini buses are still running in Bhopal when all people want them banned.Certain elements of the administration are in league with the mini bus mafia and they don't want them banned and that is the problem.Mini bus system is a blot on Bhopal.

i am happy by seeing the introduction of the new buses in bhopal and it is revolutionary step taken by the present government but this service can also be improved with some amendments.
1.first of all BUS STOPS must be constructed on the road.
2.and there must be dress code for the staff of bus on the duty.
3.and one of the most important suggestion i want to give that the route where there is mush passengers travels in the buses you should appoint two conductors in one bus so that ticket can be given and collection can be made easy and quick.
4.And buses must be maintained properly and regularly so that the standard can be made long lasting and by this cost cutting will be there no such big expenses will done on buses

These buses have changed the life of the ordinary men in bhopal and brought them much sought after relief.Otherwise people were so much harassed by the sinful minibus system that it cannot be expressed through words.The full sanctioned fleet of total 225 full-size JNNURM large city buses needs to be made operational as soon as possible so people can have relief from the daily problem of city transport.Hope the BCCL management must be quite active in this direction and soon Bhopal would get all these 225 city buses.
2. A grand City Terminal is also needed in Bhopal like Benglore. It should be somewhere close to the Kushabhau Thakre ISBTin Habibganj.A first class city transport system in the Capital is most needed and BJP Govt would see that this is done it is hoped.Mini buses must be banned completely. How and why this is not happening is a mystery indeed.There is a big lobby behind this minibus problem and they keep this anti-people system alive.As long asmini buses are there, the new city buses would suffer financial loss also.For the success of the new system, a strict ban on minibus system is necessary.Hope this would be done forthwith.Mini buses are a black spot on the fair face of Bhopal.Wish you best luck for the success of the new city buses.Everybody is proud of these buses.Thanks.-S R Wakankar

i am the student having coaching at bittal market &coming from kolar road. but the buses take turn from 10 no. i fond that from that route two star buses r there TR-1 & SR-8. there for i am requesting u plz make abus route to bittal market circle to metro plaza to national hospital to narmada hospital because so many students r in trouble after the coaching at 9:00 pm plz i hope u take needful action

It seems that some troublemakers have made their way into the organization and disturbing it by indulging in strike etc.When buses don't ply, common men face a lot of difficulties so it is extremely necessary that this does not happen.These city buses have brought immense relief to people of Bhopal and this essential service and city bus network must grow and expand.
The vicious Mini Bus System which has become bane of Bhopal, must go and needs to be banned forthwith.Why govt. is not banning these rogue mini buses is still a big mystery.They (the mini bus mafia) seem to be enjoying great political and administrative clout, otherwise, this anti-people system of transport would have long gone.

Remaining 120 JNNURM city buses which have not yet come, should be brought soon and introduced on roads.Still there are parts of the City not covered by city bus service, these parts should be brought under the city bus network.

Root no.8 needs more buses as it remains always under heavy pressure.The road beyond Subhash statue upto Coach Factory is always congested and shopkeepers as well as people also park there chairs/vehicles etc on road, making it more difficult for the buses to ply. It is very much required that this part of the road is thoroughly cleared for ever and people and shopkeepers strictly warned no to block the passage of the road.Valuable time of commuters is wasted due to this as buses move very slowly due to these road blocks.
3.Mini buses are still there; why they are not being banned is a great mystery.Mini bus system must be banned for ever if we want this new system of JNNURM city buses to succeed.Mini buses are a blot on the fair face of Bhopal.People have suffered immensely due to this Congress-created problem of mini buses in the Capital.The mini bus mafia must be put to end once and for ever.
4. A grand Benglaur-like City Bus Terminal is needed in Bhopal also.This can be built in the premises of KT Inter-State Bus Terminal itself, as it provides ample space for both the terminals.

For the success of JNNURM city bus system, strict ban on mini buses is a must but God knows why this ban is still to come.Every person in the Capital is waiting for the end of this notorious mini bus system which is due to Congress.If Congress had not introduced this hateful system in mid-seventies, mini buses would never have come here.Mini buses are daily giving loss to JNNURM city buses.Let us hope that this scourge and blot on Bhopal would soon disappear and not a single mini bus would be visible in the Capital.

Why Govt is not banning the Mini Bus System which is a black spot on the fair face of Bhopal? These rogue mini buses are a scourge and needs to be rooted out without any delay.Divisional Commissioner who is the Regional Transport Authority can do this with just a stroke of pen.Why this is not being done is a great surprise.RTA is a very powerful post as far as transport matters are concerned.I request the RTA to put a ban on this unhuman and anti-people Mini Bus System in the Capital and allow only JNNURM Full-size City Buses to operate and ply.

The Capital City of Madhya Pradesh Bhopal is growing fast and these newly introduced JNURM City Buses play an extremely vital role as far as the Common Man is concerned.But it is really sad that the mini bus system which is the bane and blot of Bhopal is still continuing.Why Govt.is not banning this wretched system of Mini Buses is a great mystery indeed.The mini bus system must be banned immediately and only full-size JNNURM city buses should ply in the city.// Total 225 JNNURM city buses have to come in Bhopal.Every effort should be made that this full fleet of buses arrives soon in the Capital and start operations serving the public.No part remains uncovered or untouched by these wonderful buses which have brought beauty to the city and relief to lacs of people.

It is heartening to hear that new AC buses are soon coming.The first and foremost requirement is to totally ban the mini bus menace.Unless this is done, our buses (JNNURM buses) would run in loss.Mini bus system is a blot on the fair face of Bhopal which is the Capital City of this huge State.Why mini buses are not being banned is a great surprise indeed. Are mini bus wallas bigger than the Govt? This is a big question.
There are reports that fare-hike is being proposed.I think that if mini buses are banned, there should not be any need for fare-hike.If there is loss, it is due to mini buses. So mini buses should first be banned instead of fair-hike.Today minimum fare is 5 Rs. which is alright. In all cities this is the rate.In Banglore 4 Rs is the minimum fare.In Mumbai it is 5/-.There are three types of buses in Banglore with varying fares.
Central Terminal Station has not come up yet. It is most essential.How can buses ply without a terminal? Where people would go to catch them?
The other need is publicity.JNNURM city bus system should publicize itself through time-table and route-chart etc and also through appeals to always use them instead of other means of transport.The management should create a dialogue with public through its PR Deptt which is not yet formed, to the best of my knowlrdge.Effort should be made to bring all 225 sanctioned buses as early as possible and make operational this whole fleet at the earliest.JNNURM city bus system in Bhopal is a big revolution here and people are damn happy with these buses.Our best wishes for the success of these buses and thanks to all the people who manage and operate this great public-serving network which is LIFELINE of fast-expanding Capital city.

The chassis used in mini bus is made for transport truck, not for public bus.What these people are doing is gross violation of law and torture for people.The way Dlhi Govt. has banned Blue Line buses, MP Govt.should also ban mini buses.Hope that the concerned authorities an dept. would act in this direction and give relief to people who has been suffering for long at the hands of these anti-social mafia elements.

Central Terminus for Bhopal City Buses has not been declared yet.This should be done without any further delay.Kushabhau Thakre ISBT is perfectly suitable for City Bus Service Terminal also as it is very big and spacious.All the three Terminal Points ie 1 Habibganj Railway Terminal 2 ISBT and 3 City Bus Terminal would be adjacent to each other and in the same area. This will be a big relief to people coming in and going out of Bhopal.
2. 225 city buses have been sanctioned under JNNURM, but not all have yet come. There is need that this whole fleet should be made operational as soon as possible and all the buses should start plying on roads.This is a must when we say and commit ourselves to make Bhopal one of the top 15 cities of India.Today Bhopal is reckoned nowhere. It is one of the most backward cities of India.Infrastructure is extremely poor and people suffer greatly when public service index is considered.The wretched Mini Bus system is still continuing. There is need to totally ban Mini Buses in the passenger segment.Madhya Pradesh has become Mini Bus Pradesh in the country and people have very low opinion of our Capital City.Congress is responsible for this situation.Now BJP Govt is certainly doing utmost to alter this poor condition and doing great work in all spheres, but more work needs to be done.Ban on Mini Buses is the topmost necessity. Unless Mini Buses are thrown out, the newly introduced JNNURM City Buses cannot fully succeed.Hope that Govt would take stern and swift action and ban this blot of Mini Buses in the Capital.

One route should be worked out which will take commuters to Shyamla Hill ie Regional College/Hotel Lake View Ashok/Jahanuma Hotel etc.This can be done by routing some bus through Jawahar Chowk square to 8 bungalows/TV Centre and from there via Bharat Bhavan to the Kamla Park Main Road.Please consider this suggestion.
At present there is no conveyance for this hill area and people have to either walk or use their own vehicle.Instead of 8 Bungalow Road, Banganga Road could also be taken but then it will not connect the upper part of Shyamla Hill as it joins on the Polytechnic Square.
2. Mini Bus menace is not ending. These rogues charge any amount in night, from 30 to 40 Rs., just the double or treble of the permitted fare.It is surprising that the Admn is unable to control these anti-social elements who are looting gullible folks in the most atrocious way.Mini buses must be totally banned and only JNNURM City Buses should ply in the Capital.But in spite of massive public anger, govt has till yet not been able to end these mini buses.They are going strong and doing loot-mar as usual.This is quite shameful and disgusting.
As long as these mini buses would continue, JNNURM system would run in loss.

Some Mahila Specials are running here which generally run empty. Why not make them non-special general category buses and thus ensure their maximum utilization? Please consider over this suggestion seriously.If Mahila Specials are running empty, no need to allow their continuation.Let them be used by all ie Mahila as well as gents.
I have never seen Mahila Special fully occupied; whenever I saw these Mahila Specials, they were totally empty.This way buses incur losses and weaken the system which has come into being after so much efforts.
An awareness campaign is also necessary.A "BUS DAY"like Banglore should also be observed when all citizens from top to bottom (ie from CM to the 4th class employee), would use these buses that day keeping off their personal/or govt. vehicles. This would create an atmosphere and encourage people to more and more use the public transport.
The daily increasing number of personal vehicles is becoming a very very big problem; unless it is checked and controlled, our difficulties would become quite serious.We need to reduce this daily increasing number of vehicles on road and save ourselves.Let us clearly understand: for shorter distances, we should walk, and for longer distance, we should use the city bus.By doing this, a lot of problems would automatically solve and environment saved as well as pollution controlled.KAM SE KAM VAHAN/JYADA SE JYADA PARIVAHAN should be our slogan.

The remaining number of JNNURM city buses in Bhopal is being eagerly awaited.When the whole fleet would become operative, the scene of these grand city buses in Bhopal would be totally different.Govt must ban mini buses so these JNNURM city buses don't incur losses.Today one has to wait for quite some time when bus comes and we are able to board it.//The terminal stand has also not been built; Kushabhau Thakre ISBT is an ideal location for the city bus terminal also.
Let there be a BUS DAY like Banglore in Bhopal also when all people from top to bottom would travel through city bus leaving off personal or govt.vehicles. When people will see CM/CS and other such VVIP people using public transport, they will get inspiration. This is necessary to create an atmosphere and example to popularize city buses.
I have suggested some investigative journalist should find out the names of "real owners of these mini buses" and let these names be published in newspapers so people may know who these owners are.
It is big failure on the part of govt. that it is not able to ban this anti-people rogue system which is playing havoc in the very heart of Capital.Mini buses/Jhuggis/and pigs are Congress's legacy and we are quite lucky that the Congress does not exist in Power now and we have BJP govt, otherwise one shudders to think what would have happened.

After the hurdle of the Habibganj Crossing is solved (when the HBJ Flyover is completed), a lot of problem would end.Today problems are due to this hurdle.
Please bring the remaining buses and start them as early as possible.Also get these rogue mini buses banned, they are giving you tremendous loss daily.Everyone wants mini buses are banned; nobody likes them. They are a massive nuisance and black spot for the Capital. The BCL-Purple city buses are serving people nicely and everybody is damn happy with them.These buses have removed a big gap from the day-to-day life of the city people and serving them in a big way.Now people are feeling that they live in a big city which is the Capital of MP.All the best for you and your team.
Please start a Motor Driving School for your drivers and give them lessons in safe driving.
Pl publicize your buses and services as well as the time table also.Also give ads in papers asking people not to use personal vehicles daily and instead travel by BCL-Purple city buses.Everybody-from elderly to the small child-is with you and giving you his best wishes.May Almighty God bring you all success and you service becomes a name in the country like BEST of Mumbai and Pallavan of Chennai.
Please celebrate one day in two or three months as "BUS DAY" and call upon everybody to travel by your buses that day, be he CM or 4th class employee. This will boost up the tendency to use public transport rather than personal modes of transport.Pl ask Transport and Traffic Police Deptts to start big campaigns to reduce private vehicles which are becoming a great problem daily.Slogans like "WALK THE SHORT DISTANCE-USE CITY BUS FOR LONG DISTANCE" and "KAM SE KAM VAHAN-ADHIK SE ADHIK PARIVAHAN".This would inspire people to use the buses and also lessen the pressure of vehicles on road.

All the remaining city buses which have not yet come need to be brought soon and introduced on different routes.This will relieve people of Bhopal which is fast transforming into a big city.Your buses have come as a big boon to the people of Bhopal who otherwise were immensely suffering and tortured in the wretched Mini Buses.Govt is yet not banning this mafia-operated mini bus system which is a blot on the face of the Capital.
Let us hope that a day would come when we would be free from this menace of mini buses and Bhopal would be saved.
There is need of more buses on TR 1 route which connects the new city with New Mkt and beyond.
Why not a introduce a Whole-day Ticket like Mumbai? In Mumbai it costs some 25/-Rs.I think.What about Banglore-like big Terminal Stand of city buses in Bhopal? I think it is needed;KT ISBT is ideal for it too. There is ample space.

I live in arera colony e-2, i travel by SR-6 not daily but twice in week(up-down) on today u'r bus conducto name-mod uvaish, mp04pa1474, takes 15 rs in place of 12 rs, n says bad m le lena.when i asked again in my last stop they told leave it sir many times n returns me 1 rs coin.but when i forced they are ready to fight.time 11:19 min.
I request plese take actions of condecture n one more condector with that.
I want toknow BMC not give proper payments of those n why tey figh for 1 or 2 rs...!

sir i am Siddharth Patel and i am a common men today i was travailing in star bas from nadara bas stand to mundidep so than i found it the conductor(bulram kushwaha) from bus no. (MP 04 PA 1021) he was collect a extra money from passenger as well as he is not given a tekat of passenger and when any passenger want a tikat so he is given a abuse as well as he is given a valgor comment of passenger

bus conductors are not giving tickets to the passengers (this is happening in nearly all buses ) instead they are allowing them to travel at half rates and whatever money they get is going in there pockets they are not stopping the bus at the stoppages it creates lot of trouble that to in this season

but afterwards my card is showing invalid although it got rs 200 balance in it
so now u say what should I do

is there any time table available? is there any site where we can find a bus route connecting two points necessary for us? if they are not, will you prepare some?
let the frequency of buses be 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes, write starting and last bus, people can find out next buses during above said interval.

i would like to appericate bhopal municipal corporation for running these buses, but i am very sorry to say that there dream project of my bus is not at all fully successful but it also not unsuccessful also, before the inauguration these buses are looking like the mini buses of bhopal, the behavior of conductors specially in the evening time when the colleges and offices are over they behave very badly in giving the ticket and the driver net stops at the proper stop.please give some behavioral training to drivers and conductors how to treat with the public, the electronic display boards of may buses are not working properly., there are no fans inside the buses, please also provide the information that where our smart cards centers are situated.

Bhopal has got Bus Rapid Transport System, but the private vehicle owners are reluctant about the use of public mode of transport "MyBus". Due to this reason heavy traffic of 2 and 4 wheelers on the routes is not curtailed, which is anticipated by the introduction of BRTS. Empty Buses rolling on BRTS route is a serious concern about its profitability. As a Senior Citizen of this City, I am also concerned about the profitability and best use of Public Transport System, in the interest of better environment and sustainability of huge investments done by Public Exchequer.

In order to curb the habits of Bhopalites for using their own vehicles and bringing on track the profitability of BRTS Public Transport System, I have some points to be observed/considered by the concerned authorities

1) Motivation efforts to private vehicle owners is necessary. The thought of raising fares of MyBus will bring back the system to run empty buses furthermore. Instead, if :

20% concession to 2 wheelers and 30% concession to 4 wheelers is allowed, on the Monthly Passes, or on Smart Cards of the private vehicle owners, they will like to shift to Public Transport Mode. On the one hand the rush of 2 & 4 wheels will be reduce, and on the other hand, MyBuses will be full with more commuters, resulting in more earnings.

2) When commuters will grow to avail public transport mode, they will tend to pay in advance for Season Tickets/Smart Cards, there will be more receiplts before hand to the Transport Orgnisation. The Smart Card retrieval system should contain 'check-in' and 'check-out' mode on its reading machine, so that, there will be least and exact fare be collected, with an exception of minimum fare.

3) The Stops and Buses should bear advertisement :

Save Money
Save Time
Go faster
No Jam in BRTS corridor
Travel by MyBus.
2 & 4 wheel riders can get concession 20-30% in the Bus fare.

4) An ad on Stops/Buses "Thoda pedal chaliye aur swasth rahiye"

Bhopal City Link Limited — very much time taking frequency of SR 7

Dear Sir, its very painful to say that the time gap between two buses to same direction of SR 7 is more than one hour. More over the time table i still not certain or the service providers are not following any time table. Please pay attention or should i report further. thanks
