today while i travelling in bus route SR4 i found some part is broken near gate.
any can be fall down due to this.
please resolve/repair this problem....

Sir I'm the citizen of india currently living in Bhopal. Recently the conductor of the MY bus (MP04PA3873) Behaves rudely with me and stops the bus trying to take out from the bus . Actually I was cashless and offer him only method for payment and also Atm. But he denied to take the online method.But says if You have not money you would not travelled anywhere especially in my bus. He take my hand and trying to take out from bus and says much...

Not given change back and misbehavior of conductor

I took the bus from chanchal CR to Taj Mahal on 08/12/22 at 17:50. Total charge was Rs 15 but the conductor took Rs 22 from me and gave me the wrong ticket to jahangirabad when i asked for my change he misbehaved and didn't gave my money back.. he talked in harsh way to me and when my stop arrived he asked me to get down fast in a very bad tone. This was very wrong behaviour...

Sr2 bus wale rokte nhi hai ham log khade rehte hai sham ko 6 baje se wait krte hai 4 5 bus nikalti hai rokti nhi hai ham log sunsan raste me wait krte hai.bus ka pass bna.bus wale bethate nhi hai ham ldkiya hai kuch galt hoga hmare sath to jimmedar bcll wale hai conductor batmiji se bat krte hai.please i request you to take action....

I am facing lots of problem, coming from bhopal Railway Station to 10 number market as there is lack of direct connectivity between the routes and have to pay 2-3 time charges daily because of changing the multiple buses.

Hello team,
i am sanjay kushwah from bhopal i daily travel in mybus, i am facing one problem in your buses that driver does not stop buses beween two stops, they tell me bus does not stops between two bus stops it will stop only on bus stop so i missed my destination and also face problem because i have to come back by walk. Please change this rule, if they can take passanger from anywhere not only bus stop but also from any place...

Bus no. 204 from mandideep to bhauri and bhauri to mandideep has done fraud with us people .. after 8 o clock the bus isnt available but according to time table the bus should run till 10.
Then the bus is not going till iiser bhauri...i am an iiser bhopal student...
They are taking money and harassing us but just leaving us till chirayu... and they are saying that the bus will not go further... complain to whomsoever you want...

I am a iiser student near bhauri, now a days the bus number 204 is running very infrequently to iiser bhauri stop, most of them are returning from chirayu. As it is not following the pre-approved roots so creating trouble to us. After 6.pm there is no single bus. Please run the bus as it was before....

I am a student of iiser Bhopal near by bhauri. Bus no. 204 was running from bhauri on timing. But nowadays, only one bus returns to Bhauri, and the other nine buses run from chirayu, creating many troubles for us students. Please continue all ten buses regularly. Also, the last bus is at 6:40 pm. Please increase the time up to 11 pm so that we can come from the city. We face many problems coming back from town. I request you to look into...

Plz allow student passes because normal pass's price increased and they got less affordable and valuable......

Buses from IISER Bhopa are supposed to be there every ten minutes but recently the routes are often changed last minute, the buses come after 45 minutes, and they refuse to take travelers after some stops. This is causing a lot of issue as this is the only bus service from this region. They keep giving excuses for late timing and waste a lot of time taking breaks. Please look into this and take action....

1) Very less number of buses are available.
2) buses are not running after 6:30 p.m from Bhauri.
3) No buses available from CHIRAYU to BHAURI after 7 p.m.
4) Timings are not mentioned properly about the bus.

Request
1) Increase the frequency of bus from BHAURi especially on weekends.
2) Increase the bus timing to 10 p.m. till BHAURI especially on weekends.
3) Make the Bus CHart available...
