I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred during my travel on 23 nov 2025, bus number MP04PA3673, SR4.
On boarding the bus from Karond to Alapna trihara, I requested a printed ticket for my journey. However, the conductor, who identified himself as Tripati, informed me that he did not have a ticket machine and instead provided a handwritten slip with the fare mentioned on blank paper. When I insisted on a proper printed ticket for reimbursement purposes, the conductor misbehaved and responded rudely, stating that he had no machine and I should “do whatever I want.”
Such behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Passengers have the right to receive a valid printed ticket, and denial of the same not only causes inconvenience but also raises concerns about accountability and transparency in fare collection.
I kindly request the transport authority to:
- Investigate this incident thoroughly.
- Take appropriate action against the conductor for misconduct.
- Ensure that buses are equipped with functioning ticket machines so passengers are not denied proper tickets in the future.
I trust that necessary steps will be taken to address this issue and prevent recurrence.
I have attached handwritten slip and his photo and bus details. Was this information helpful? |
