Biba — No Refund or Relevant communication

Hi,

I had ordered a salwar suit from Biba for around 2700 rupees. I returned it. Somehow another order got placed for the same product. Since, i was not aware about it, I didn't take the package. It's been a month since I am reaching out to Biba about the same. I don't have the product and they are not initiating any refund.

Hi,

I didn't remember placing this order. When the delivery guy came with
the dress today, I returned the dress immediately. I have initiated
the return process for this as well on the site.
