Not receiving Bill from BIBA Cannaught Place New delhi
We had taken from Store of BIBA at Cannaught Place Delhi, a fresh peice kurti, We did not receive the bill on whatsapp as the no was deactivated . We called the store multiple times but the Bill no, neither the Bill screenshop was shared with us.
Now we want to return the product and exchange it, we have no clue on how to proceed .

Hi,
I had ordered a salwar suit from Biba for around 2700 rupees. I returned it. Somehow another order got placed for the same product. Since, i was not aware about it, I didn't take the package. It's been a month since I am reaching out to Biba about the same. I don't have the product and they are not initiating any refund.

Refund Voucher code not working

I was a loyal customer of Biba. Whenever I go shopping my only stop will be the Biba section. I started shopping online impressed with your hundreds of options available in your website. All this came to a stop for my last order no.26725537.
Here is the timeline of the order :

After the order was picked up I started following up in Biba website for any updates. But it showed nothing. I waited patiently but no updates was posted in the website nor did I get any updates in the email. I made multiple calls for customer service with reference to the order number. And no one responded with a proper Voucher code.

After multiple calls I finally received the voucher code : BD22R26725537 on 2-Dec-2022. After few days when I tried to place an order logging into my account, using the Voucher code the balance came out a zero. After a customer call, the representative informed that the Voucher code was used already and the items have been shipped to an address which I was unaware of (order no.[protected]. In short I did not make that order. When we questioned about the authenticity of the Voucher code I was asked in return if I shared the code with anybody else. When I said a no, I was asked if I was using a shared or public computer. When I said a NO, the representative did not have a proper response. He even suggested giving the phone number of the customer who made the order and was asking me to talk to that person for which I immediately refused. That made me ask a question - Will you easily share my personal information to other customers?
Hope you understand the dismay I am facing after literally losing Rs.7995 in thin air. My query is that - How can someone use a Voucher code successfully without logging into my account? They have used it in a different name and a different account. Then how reliable is their website?

Recently I made a purchase on biba fashion but completely dissatisfied with the package we got delivered. The product was already used and the tags were removed. Also additionally the product is so smelly and seems someone used perfume on it.. I bought this to gift my sister but with this she is completely sad.
I want immediate return and refund of the deducted amount as I never expected such scams from a brand like biba. Also I would like to request strict enquiry on delivery person for such awful experience.
Inspite of raising complaint quite a few times, I am not able to get any proper solution, they are making us fraud victim by delivering used smelly torned products, NEVER EXPECTED SUCH HARRASMENT FROM BIBA LIKE BRAND !!!

Not received bill for the purchase of dresss in biba store

Hi, I have purchased biba dress at habsiguda store on 15-jul-2022 agent Mr. Srikant attended me he said due to some problem bill cannot be given at that time I have done google pay to his personal mobile hense said bill will be given to mu what's app but till now I did not got it I suffered a lot and not able to exchange the dress when I visited store senior representative was trying to hide things and she said bil cannot be given need justice for this

Return is not done till 3 weeks
I purchase kurta set from biba which are deliverd 30/6 and it didnt feet me well thats why i returned it 5th july and today is 24th i still not get my refund...mailed so many times but they only mail that 24 or 48 hours they will refund my money but its not worked...my ref no of return is

No refund for wrong item

I placed an order for BIBA palazzo bottoms on 06th March 2022. I was sent an entirely different product(a kurta set by the same brand) which I immediately returned and even after 2 months, I refund has not been initiated. I tried contacting the customer services over 10 times but in vain.
It has also come to my notice that this particular brand is notorious for sending wrong products( perhaps their worst selling items).

Hey,
We went to your store in kota mall ( cinemall).
First of all, I bought something form ahluwalia mall ( your store in there ). As I went to change in that I didn't like anything. They asked us to change from gumanpura or cinemall biba store. So, we went to the cinemall biba store to see the collection. We liked a dress & some we didn't.
After sometime we thought of not exchanging the dress & to keep the previous one.
The salesman there was so rude after learning that. He said we shouldn't have wasted his time & that he was giving us some favour by allowing us to exchange the dress.
He was rude, arrogant, talked rudely with my mother. He is the store manager, Ranbir. I think.
We went to your store in kota mall ( cinemall).

I ordered a kurti from biba but it was very loose so I returned the item back. It has been over a month but my refund didn't came back. I want my refund as soon as possible otherwise I will file a FIR against biba.

Www.biba.in - Biba's website says 48 hour delivery anywhere in India. This is the first misleading & false promise made by Biba. Product not sent for an entire week. Upon cancelation, customer service does not take any responsibility. They lie on the phone that product will be delivered same day where as Delhivery tracker shows that they attempted to pick up product 2 days in a row & product not ready for shipment - another lie.
I have been chasing after them for a refund, it has been 11 days, neither do they bother to answer nor refund my money.
BIBA's business model seems to be to take upfront payment from the customer, not deliver on time & then not refund the money. This is how they loot customers

. I was supposed to receive this order with order number 19502423 on 5th October. It has to be gifted and what's the use if I don't receive it on time. I've used my gift voucher for this, if you can't deliver it please cancel it and return my voucher. Your customer care service is not always available to me. I've availed previously also your services. It was good but now it's pathetic. Biba with such a good brand name provides such bad service is quite disappointing.
Request you to please do the needful at the earliest.

Biba India Gurgaon team dispatched packet at wrong address, same was informed to them thrice over mail, but they did not respond .packet when received on wrong address was refused to be received by me and returned (as not accepted) . Have contacted BIba customer care team too Over mail many times. But the response is really pathetic. I have neither received my packet delivered to the correct address, nor did I get any confirmation that order is cancelled and money transfers initiated back in my account .

Refund and Cancellation fund not received after several follow up

This is with reference to my Biba online purchare order 18288991. I requested for two lehenga refund cost 4000 rs each and one suit cancellation 2000 rs. I called up many time their customer care which is not reachable. sent them several emails with non responsiveness. I am loosing hope in Biba but need my refund.

It’s been 12 days since I am trying to escalate my complaint against BIBA CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have placed a return request on 31st July and since then their team has been just giving me same response that we will alot the ticket to respective team and I dont get any reply. Their customer IVR doesn’t receive call nor they reply on email or social media handle.Really sad customer service, doesn’t value customer and their time.I really want my refund and want this product to be picked.

I have ordered a Anarkali suit for my wife from Biba on 27th April and received on 3rd May, but initiated a return request on next day due to quality of product. Now on 5th May the product has been picked up by Delivery boy and i have confirmed to Biba customer about same but still i haven't received the money back even after multiple follow ups.

I tried to call customer care but there is no response i mailed biba but they only said ticket received but they didn't solve my problem my order no 12364775 i have cancelled the order and applied the e-voucher but after cancelling my order i have not got refund of my e-voucher when i am applying for another order than it is showing zero balance

I bought a yellow and green three piece set for my sister's wedding in november 2019 for rs 8, 995 / -. I was wearing dress 3-4 minutes only 1 time to check the fitting.
In march we are opening my dress, see that the print of the dress is slightly black and the print is smudge. But in march i could not come to your biba outlet due to lockdown, after lockdown i went to biba outlet. At the outlet your salesman deposited my dress, but did not provide a solution to my problem.
He said he is not able to solve my problem that way i am sending you mail.
Please tell:-
If we buy expensive dresses from your outlet, we will wear them instantly, and can't use them after same time?.
"yellow and green three piece set" product quality is very poor, i did not wear it a single time, i am very disappointed.

I have been trying to contact biba contact center since one week. I can't get through there contact center. I mailed my requests several times. I haven't receive any reply on that. They have sent me a wrong size in which tag says 46 but on kurti it is mentioned as 36. I have even tried contacting them on twitter, there also i have received no response. My order no is 11624997.

I ordered a kurta set from Biba after reading it has 15 day returns available as I was unsure of the size (was a gift). Now their number doesn’t work and they aren’t replying to any emails. Seeing comments on their instagram posts, they are all about being unable to return/can’t get refund. Horrible customer service. If you take returns, don’t let people buy also.
