This is to request you for return of ladies kurti which i ordered on 28th july, 2020. I further want to purchase other piece of suit set from your website.
So i want you to please initiate the return as i want to replace it with other item.

First let me tell you one thing biba guys provide horrible service. Since last two days I am trying to contact them and I am neither getting any reply to the mails nor getting respond on the calls. I have ordered two products and I got one which is also the wrong product. The label on the packet was incorrect it was in the name of some other person but the tracking number was same and somebody manually wrote my name and address on the packet. Now I am continuously trying to contact biba customer care but I am not getting any respond.

voucher not redeemed (order no.- 11198945) and unethical behavior

On 14/06/2020, i have ordered (Order id[protected] two apparels, among which i have returned one item and received a gift voucher against that, which i can redeem later. Afterwards, on 30/06/2020, again i have ordered (Order id[protected] another item of rs. 3, 412.50/-, where i forgot to redeem the voucher and duly informed the customer care centre of biba to make an arrangement to redeem the voucher. They have also confirmed through email that, i need to pay rs. 1, 681.05/- only, against the order. But, they didn't updated the same with their delivery company i. E. Xpressbees.in spite of several reminder they have not accomplished the job. Please do the needful.

1. The red color ran and destroyed the whole suit. Don't expect color to run when purchasing a RS 4000 suit
2. The pink color shown on the website was a soft pastel pink. Received a dark purple color suit.
3. Print is blurred and doesn't look good

I have purchased a suit from online store of biba but the product shown in picture is entire different and its cloth material is not good, i had spent 4000 on purchase of dress, i am trying to reach customer care over email and phone but they are responding, initialy they hasd responded for 1-2 mail but after that nobody is caring, over phone call no body is responding from other side.
I had visted biba store too but they are saying it will be handeled through online customer care but no one is available on call to reponded.
Can any one respond and help on that i want to put this in consumer forum because i feel i have been cheated as they sold fake product and now not ready to return.

denied return of clothes

When i finally did raise the return they told me that it's been more than 15 days of delivery so i cant return the product. I have been continuously in conversation with them over emails. At first, they were highly non-responsive and did not send a reply for weeks. Later on, they are sending the standard email without addressing the issue. Request you to help me return the clothes, and get a refund.

This is to notify you this in chatterpur everything is sealed including tivoli hotel but biba apparel is still operating from plot no 2 block no 8 khasara 658/2 even today with closed doors bcos they get to know your team is coming for sealing well in advance that means someone is tipping them off and this can not happen a for free. I don’t think you or the supreme court knows about this law for everyone should be same i have a shops & sk marble next biba which is sealed but they are running inlegally and openly.
Sad the law does not take everyone the same i request you to be fair or i will seek supreme courts helps whcih will bring all in mcd sealing in chatterpur on question.

I am a big fan of BIBA kurti. But few days before I bought a suit set of 7500 Rs in a discounted price of 3900 Rs. But when I try to wear first time the sleeves that became torned, I was surprised to see the poor quality cloth. I want either refund or exchange.

I am biba fan. Whenever i wear biba kurti of viscose cloth it is always tilted and comes uneven at burstline so it looks very bad. It happens only in viscose cloth as these kurta appear to fall more towards right. Even when you see models in your pics this cloth kurta appears uneven and gives very bad appearance to bust. Making bust appear uneven. It happens only in viscose cloth. Specially with indigo collection in viscose. It is more of suggestion and not complain as such. I buy from all over indian stores of biba

Dear team,
My name steffi hetraj registered with biba since 2014 have been buying clothes from biba every month and minimnum of 6 to 7 suits per month every design you name i have. Even after which i have been very upset with the quality of your clothing now it's been more than 4 to 5 times i have complaint of the clothes fading and dupattas shredding away threads but no reply lately at phoenix kurla i purchased my suit where for past 1 year now i'm buying my suits from i complaint often but this time i have given them the suit and i get a reply saying biba has denied exchange as i have not washed accordingly, sorry but more than you guys i have been wearing biba and i very well know the way to wash clothes and sorry no body has so much time to dry clean every day it's very harrasing and torturing to see so many clothes doing through the same thing over and over again where as none of your suits i have is below 4k to 6k and more i'm very disappointed and will end up taking serious action as in spending lakhs of rupees on clothes i. A year and only at biba and getting such pathetic resolutions to my problem is disastrous, if i can't get a reply as early as posssible i shall take this matter seriously and may covet the company

I purchased a kurti from biba kolkata lindsay street store and just when i wore it for the first time, it got torned from the sleeves. I went to exchange it and got a new one after coming back home i saw even the new one is torned from the back.
Biba store is selling very poor quality products. I was a frequent buyer of the brand but now onwards never going to purchase any stuff.

Damaged dress provided for rs. 7k & money not refunded. Dull & faded dress instead of the luring photo shown on website. Long call waiting on their customer care number. Return still not initiated after 10 emails. Money will not be refunded in account & promised to pay evoucher which is valid only on their website so other damaged products can be sold to clueless people. Return policy is very bad.

1 dress purchased from the local store here in kankarbagh Patna but that dress got damaged just after first wash. Not getting any kind of support from the store staff. Almost 15 days taken by store staff but the issue remains not resolved & no care given by the store staff. Extremely unsatisfied by store staff.

I am complaining about the kurtha i brought of biba brand from lifestyle. Purchased the item for 1600rs and have not been able to wear it more than twice. It tore of the poor quality. And this is the second time its happening to me. Very poor quality and for such high price. Please see to it this brand provides the quality for the demanded price. It is a highly embarrassing situation when the kurtha is torn just by raising hand and in public.

I ve already self shipped this product to myntra along with other two 15 days ago. I ve received the refund for other two but not for the product which costs 2265/-. Its been 12 days and i ve complained many time. They are saying they have not recieved the product although i told them to check with weight mentioned in the courier slip. I dont know what they are doing. They are saying that they have not received the product and not refunding my amount. Should i bear the loss for which i am not even reponsible. Even there was no pick up available.

I have booked an item bearing invoice no.00042127; item sku:[protected]; order no. 4564151.
After delivery customer found that the delivered item is different from booked one.
For the same consumer has reported to company's customer care both telephonically and through mail.
In reply customer care officer asked to produce the image of delivered item.
Consumer complain is that:
1. On web page of the company no return option is available as compare to other company doing e-commerce business,
2. Customer care number is available (Contact us on[protected] however the telephone charge has to be borne by customer,
3. If a customer is not having the facility to send the image sought by company, is customer is able to return back the item,
Kindly see the problem???

I have been to the biba outlet in colaba more than thrice in july.
The staff there is inhospitable and rude
The first time we purchased two suits and gave one for alteration
We were told to pik up the material after two day's in the evening.
When we reached that evening they forgot to alter d Churidar.only did the kameez.
Instead of apologising they said, {we asked you to come in the evening, }if 5 pm is not evening, then i dont no what is.There was complete denial that the tailor had forgotten and the blame was put on us. We request ed for home delivery, to which they said we dont do it and please come later.the lady on the counter further changed her statement that something urgent came up tailor couldn't do it.
Not a slight bit of remorse or even the word sorry. we waited for an hour for the minor alteration.
Todayy again, we were to buy something, their tailor was having lunch for a good 30 minutes.we asked the lady in charge a Ms Vanita to convey the minor change s to the tailor as we had already waited enough.the lady said please come on another day and give your measurements and she cannot do anything and then come for collection again.
This time we did not purchase anything from the store. From a brand loyalist, just because of poor customer service i would say no one should go to a store where the customer is let so much.

Biba — not returning money
I orederd one kurta by biba of 699 rs with the hdfc account amount has been deducted but biba team neither delieverd kurta nor response anything .please resolve this issue my offer no is[protected] Helpful

Very Very Bad service and not refund
I think we should complaint against Biba.
I have purchase a kurta from Biba official site on 17 Aug. Size is quite bigger so i send a request for exchange.
the boy collect the product and he denied to give receipt and told me that we do not give any receipt, so i take his no.
8 days has been passed out after return but now they don't even give me any single information about my product.
Whether they have receive that product, they are going to give me exchange product or not, whether they are going to refund me.
Nothing. Have write so many mails and call them a lot of time but nothing happen.
They don't even reply. This the way they treat their customers.Never ever purchase anything from BIBA.
I don't know how they can behave and treat their customer like this.
