Bibhuti Bhusan Sahoo — Digital tv service_not responding to complaints but charging monthly bill | |||
I am using the cable tv service of ORTEL Communication, rkl, Odisha, since last 1.5 years but during the month of Jan'15 I have faced poor picture quality & registered the complain via their IVRS for more than 5 to 6 times during FEB'15 to APR'15. In spite of my regular follow ups they have not responded and when I refuse to pay the monthly bills they have disconnected the service from the month of Apr'15 and now they are charging the total cost from APR'15 to JULY'15.
