[Resolved] Big Bazaar — About cash counter employee complaint | |||
Sir, I have purchased products for around 2175 rs. Include high weight products like soap powder 4kg oils etc. they given a single carry bag for those products that was not able to carry since more products inside the carry bag which is yet to tear. So I asked the employee to give one more he not at all responding to me he is doing his job only with out saying anything to respond to my words who is standing in cash counter near Arun ice cream box in Madurai big bazaar. So I again asked him I purchased 2000 for products so kindly give one more carry bag which is not enough u given. He said even i[censored] purchased 10000 also we will give only one carry bag . This was the response u usually given tour customer for this matter I am very upset. He is insulting me in front of so many people he not at all giving response then how peoples are coming to ur bazaar .need explanation. That bag also teared on the way to my home I have a photo to attach that. I don't know where to attach i[censored] r sending mail I'd I will attach that also.
