[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Bigbazaar profit club card payment/refund.

I have two profit club cards no.[protected] and [protected] with deposited amount 10000/- for each card, issued by Bigbazaar (Future Group) Suddenly stores closed in March2022. Without any information Future group closed their Bigbazaar stores from Bokaro, Jharkhand in March2022.
That time i had contacted with customer support Bigbazaar(profit Club) as per customer care representative suggestion about dues payment of profit club card no [protected] and [protected]. to credit into my bank a/c.no.[protected]. I am also submitting attachment of my 1. adhaar copy, 2.profit Club card copy 3.Cancel chaque copy for payment .But till date no any response received from future group, through future group mail id i.e.[protected]@bigbazaar.com dated 29March2022 and customers support no.[protected] now all customer support is not working or it has been closed.
Please help me out to get back my amount from future group.
