Hi, i am Harish Kumar writing this from chennai, i had visited your Bigbazar branch at Velachery Phoenix market city on 08.12.2013 at around 7:30 PM. the challenge for the customer is billing, big lines even though you have more billing counters, i can't blame big bazaar for this since more buyers are there i have to follow the lane for billing, after waiting in the big lanes the billing was done and i am interested in paying thru ticket restaurant coupons for food items and remaining by cash/card to my surprising the cashier says i should inform that i will use ticket restaurant coupons before billing.
when i inquired your system should show how much i can use coupons and how much is cash/card, the cashier replied they don't have such system in place, i don't see any display boards what one should do before billing except collect T24 talk time, this is bit annoying other retail outlets has the facility and how come big giant like Big bazaar doesn't have?, i bought one mortein spray which says 500 ML Harpic free, it is not reflecting in the bill finally i have to leave this.
The parking in this mall is expensive to my knowledge for a bike 100/- for 2 Hours, there is no point in going to store by paying 100/- for 2 hours unless i want to spend some time.
My highest concern here is the billing you should have the facility of redeeming food coupons because many corporate employees take is as part of their salary, hope you understand the challenge, unless this is sorted we can't use coupons in Big bazaar outlets.
