Big Bazaar — Amount deducted but order not placed | |||
I ordered a few things from Forum Mart Big Bazaar of amount 664 INR. Its been 3 days and the amount has still not been refunded. I tried the payment first but it failed twice but then suddenly when I checked my bank balance the amount was debited. Pls help me get a refund as fast as possible. This will happened with me also. Amount got deducted twice but order did not get placed. Why would they do not revised their current app so that this will not happened with any one in future? I think they have to charge their developers and the tester team of the app.
