[Resolved] Big Bazaar — ARROGANT BEHAVIOR OF EMPLOYEE

I visited Big Bazar Kothrud Pune on 04 Apr[protected]PM.
I noticed that there were no trolleys or baskets at entrance. When asked at customer care desk I was arrogantly told by manager Mr Anil Herwade (Employee Code 55955) to collect the trolley or basket myself from the exit gate. This arrogant and irresponsible behavior is not expected from Big Bazar's Manager Level Employee. He further added that you complaint about it where ever you want. He gave his employee code also out of this arrogance.
Big Bazar authorities are requested to take appropriate action and intimate accordingly.
