Big Bazaar — big bazaar at boisar against billing staff | |||
Hi, I would like to complaint against the rude behaviour of the staff. I was stopped at the gate after my billing was done as the scanner beeped at the gate. Being a respected govt employee it was very insulting to be stopped at gate even after you have paid for all the things you bought. My bag was checked, things were removed, and it was concluded that the billing staff dint remove the tag. For his mistake i was humiliated. And the person dint even apologise for the same, nor did he put back all my things in the bag. Y would such thing happen here where its the responsibility of the staff to remove the tags and check if it beeps. The thing that cuased the beep was included in my bill too. not that i didnt pay for it. please look into the carelessness and rude behaviour of the staff.
