Date Time: Date Time: 04-Jul-2015, 1815 Hours Place: Big Bazaar, EA, Chennai, TamilNadu Bill details: TILL No.13 Invoice # 0184321 Tr.:78242 Description: We have been billed for an item which we didn't buy. We raised the issue with the concerned Customer service desk, however the problem is not resolved. They checked the camera recordings, however they unnecessarily asked us to come next day. A copy of the bill has been handed over at the customer service desk. We almost waited for 90 minutes for a resolution; but nothing fruitful happened. Both the 1800 helpline & futuregroup complaint web page is helpless. Was this information helpful? | |||
