This issue has reference to Invoice No: 6341144, dated 09/02/2016 19:27 hrs at BIG BAZAR, Tarnaka, Secunderabad.
I along with my family spent almost 2 hrs shopping at Big Bazar. I added Huggies dry diapers to my cart after seeing discount board near the mentioned product (MRP Rs 730 - Offer Price Rs 555).
Generally I trust Big Bazar in billing related matters but somehow after billing, to my surprise I found that Rs 730 was charged for that particular product instead of Rs 550 (their committed price).
On enquiring with the billing guy about the mismatch, he rudely replied that all the billing is correct and told me sideline. . . .disregard to the customer.
I approached Customer service desk and discussed with him to which I was told that discount is not valid for that product and the discount board was wrongly placed. I was appalled by the kind of reply he gave !!
If Big Bazar doesn’t want to give discount, that’s Fine ! . . but why at all should they attract customers by such FRAUD discount boards and CHEAT customers by charging original price. I do not know for how many products Big Bazar is following such FRAUD strategies of luring customers in the name of discounted prices.
I was so much disturbed by the ways of customer service that I requested them to cancel all the products because I didn’t want to purchase a single item from a store that cheats its customers and doesn’t honour its commitments. More painful was the dealing when customer service employees were least bothered about the complaint and wasted almost 45 mins to cancel the whole billing of mine.
Customer Service desk in such stores is a MOCKERY just to show that they care for their customers and when real Customer issues come, instead of resolving the issue they readily accept the return of products and purposely delay for refund ! . . . A better name for Customer service desk for BIG BAZAR would be “CUSTOMER DISREGARD DESK”
That’s the plight of customers who shop in BIG BAZAR and who fight for their legitimate rights. Was this information helpful? |
