Big Bazaar — complaint against big bazaar staff soma dey(sealdah,kolkata) | |
On 9th july I went to big bazaar for My regular vegetables shopping, so after picking the items I stood on the queue for billing after almost 8-9 customers. When my turn came sales girl(soma dey) refused to make my bill as I am purchasing vegetables and it is going to be out of stock-l couldn't understand why she took my shopping bag and threw it inside her counter and started insulting me.when I asked her name for raising a complaint, she mocked me in front of other customers and made fun of me with her other colleagues.i was surprised by looking her arrogance.i wrote a complaint at the service desk in complaint register(page no.25).I was so disappointed about big bazaar after this kind of service.my husband is a premium big bazaar payback card holder.but we are shocked over her service.i dont know how you guys are recruiting this type of sales person who doesn't have the basic sence of how to treat with a 55 years lady.i expect that big bazaar should take some step about this. Horrible staff. The management should take some steps against both the male and female staff who make a group and gossip in a corner leaving the customers unattended. The customers are insulted. The front line staffs are absolutely illiterates having no etiquettes of how to behave with the customers. I know this messege may go unheard but if a single person from the management can help, then big bazar will atleast have an increases of one loyal customer.
