I have purchased cloths & grocery from big bazar at collage road, nashik. One of the item lipton green tea box unable to scan & my bill was hold. Counter person called customer care dept person, kiran 5 to 6 times as counter no 8 is in front of customer care dept. But customer care dept was busy in gossiping & laughing on jokes. I approach to customer care & asked do you really bother about customer? He urgently replied go & bring another packet or wait it will take time.in between billing person has canceled my bill & started another billing for next customer. When i rise my voice & said i will complaint, they replied go & do whatever you want. This time my family was with me so i paid the bill & come home. If you don't take any action i will not purchase & tell to minimum 1000 people not buy anything form this mall. Hope this complaint will be consider & will take action on such persons for your reputation Was this information helpful? | |||
