[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Damaged the Customer Image -without any fault of customer | |||
Today I have visited Kompally Big Bazar along with Family and completed the shopping bill reference invoice number 11993 dt: 11.01.2015. While coming out from Big Bazar security stopped the trolley after exit and the bill also duly stamped by them as a Exit by Private EYE Security person (Ms. Swathi) as she was listening the some sound while exit the trolley. Up to the above it is normal they have right to check if something goes wrong. But when i went back for their check again they have not attended and kept me waiting for 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile two more security persons came their but not attended me. And they are not least bother to open bag and check the items thoroughly. I was not comfortable waiting at exit door and co - customers are seeing at me as something seriously wrong with me and i called security supervisor after 15 minutes. Then floor manager and Facility manager had come the spot and trying to convenience without any proper explanation. And they were not willing to provide me the information of in charge contact number and the mail id. Then I have contacted Mr. Arvind for the explanation. Impact : I have lost the image as this is local big bazar as we know most of the customers each other. Now i need the proper explanation along with compensation for the time loss and the image.
