[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — defective shoes

dear sir
I am the regular customer of Big Bazaar and i purchase one pare of shoe(spalding ) at kalyan metro junction
mall salesman say sir a very good quality of shoes and no complaint of this item.
so i am purchase same shoes but unfortunately shoes are badly defected in 2 month so when i go to mall take the shoes and written a complaint about this matter (Complain No. [protected]) but nothing is doing about this complain.
I request you please watch the matter and do something for your regular customer.
