I visited big bazaar Z-Square Mall Kanpur on 7th oct 2014 for placing order of Philips HD 2647 4 Slice Pop Up Toaster which was viewing on your website shop.bigbazaardirect.com at Rs 719/- so i confirmed the order 90 units and it was also confirmed that the amount was to be paid next day. on visiting 08 oct 2014 they back out with the product that the quantity was not there and lesser units can be delivered and after waiting for long time they denied that the authorities have denied delivering the product. This is very unethical and unpractical as one should not back out with the commitment which they gave. I needed in Bulk Quantity.
I wanted to buy many other things for the diwali but seeing this type of behaviour I back out. So it is requested that to see to the matter and solve as they may be doing with other customers also.
