[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Double Payment taken from me | |||
I have purchased some goods on 3rd of June from college road big bazzar from Nashik at 18:37 where to do the payment I have given my HDFC debit card and the sales person swiped my card two times giving reason it is not connecting to server, I didn't checked my account but later I come to know money is been deducted from my account two times. Amount is Rs.1447.50 I have contacted to Big bazzar for this and given all details also I have launched complaint for this complaint number:- 7032818 Till no:- 3 Tr :- 87197 CH:- 261775 Chaya Waje Your head cashier attend me and said he will take follow up of this and revert my money. Today it is 11th June, 8days is been passed, I am still waiting to resolve my issue.
