[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Duplicate debit at Big Bazaar Counter | |||
On saturday (June 14, 2014) I had used my debit card to make payment on items purchased at Big Bazaar (Bhayander West) outlet. When I checked my account balance today, my account has been debited twice for the purchase. It says Rs. 1, 865.65 has been debited from my account to make payment to FUTURE VALUE RETAIL LT? Do you know why this happened? While making payment at the counter at the first time the connectivity was not there due to which the card was swiped again. I would have expected there to be only one activity however there is an extra debit.
