Big Bazaar — Forceful Selling of T24 Sim card and inactive since 20 days

I have shopped for around 2000 INR on 22.04.2015 from BIG BAZAR. And was forcefully sold two T24 SIM cards against additional payment of 160 INR. The story does not end here, we were being told that the SIM would be activated in 2 working days, which never happened till date. We tried to contact the big bazar VIP road outlet on several occasions through telephone and were assured by T 24 sales men that it would be activated in couple of days as the have not yet sent the documents to the concerned dept which is totally unacceptable reply and warrants immediate action. Then on last Friday night i.e on 08.05.2015 the T24 representative crossed all bars when I called them to enquire about the activation. The sales boys argued in a very unwanting tone and asked us to come and collect the money as if he is doing us a favour by this. On asking his name he straightaway denied to tell. Now is this tone and manner by which big bazar functions and interacts with their customers??. And do they give such ethical and moral value to its employees???
