I purchased a LG freeze on 4 august 335 L worth rupees 36092. they delivered wrong color at home. I asked them for the color if they had in stock while purchasing so at that time they said yes they have. but after delivering wrong color when i went back to ask they said they dont have color of freeze what i wanted and now use the wrong color they delivered. i asked to refund my money becaude i didnt like that color at all on which they refused. instead they said use this 36092 amount to but other products.
Why should I spend so big amount to buy unnessary things. I want my money back. The behavior and attitude of staff there was not tolerable at all.
They have stopped picking up my calls.
The store manger name is Shailendar and other ezone manager was Satinder.They have started igmoring me and not picking up my call. Phone number of shailendar-[protected]
