Myself harshala chandekar working with Future Lifestyle Fashion Limited as Fashion Consultant from Since December 2015 to till Feb 2022. My employee ID is 356236. Still not getting FNF settlement and gratuity settlement even after 6 month.

I would like to bring into your kind Concern that my name is Lucky Kesharwani and I was working at your Brand Factory format Company name Future Lifestyle Fashion Limited from 03/12/2018 till 22/04/2022 in Operations Department as Head Cashier bearing employee ID 476826.

I am writing this letter to state that on 22/04/2022, I relieved from your Future Lifestyle Fashion Limited but my full and final settlement has not been done. I request you to kindly do the full and final settlement and send me all dues. I also request you to please share the relieving/experience letter with me as soon as possible.

I've been a member of the profit club since 4 years now and this is very unfortunate that I've not been able too use my profit card balance for almost 6 months now and the card still holds amount. I've requested to initiate the refund policy for my balance of card number ([protected]). There still hasn't been any response, the customer care service is also unavailable.
Please look into this and respond asap.

I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card, which was forcefully issued by one of the billing executive (at Big Bazaar, Ozone galaria mall, Dhanbad) on dt: 16th of Feb'22. Just right after a month we have been informed that Big Bazaar has been shut or converted to Smart Bazaar.
Since then I am struggling to get my refund of my untilised balance of INR 10000/- under profit club card.
I have sent several email to [protected]@bigbazaar.com, but never received any reply from them.
Please help!

I have Big bazaar Vouchers which I bought in Dec 2021 and valid till Dec 2022. Please let me know where can I use it. Big bazaar stores are shut and no updates from Reliance Smart bazaar. money is stuck and it looks like it will ultimately me loss to customer.

I enrolled for big bazar profit club card in October 2021, by paying INR 10, 000 upfront. I was told that 1000/- Rs will be credited to my card every month on a monthly basis for a total value of INR 12000/-. Till May 2022, I was able to use the card, and I was getting regular messages that my card is being creditted with INR 1000/- on a monthly basis. However, with the shutting down of big bazar in delhi NCR, my money ~INR 7000 is stuck. There is no communication from "future group ", as to how the remaining balance will be credited and how we will get a refund. I tried reaching out their customer care email, but there is no response. Please help!

Dear Sir,
I have 02 future gifting coupon of Rs 500 each. As we know that big bazar has been converted into Bazar India few months before.
Gift cards was purchased in the denomination of Rs500 in the month of sep-oct21 through GAIL (india) Ltd.

Now, bazar India is refusing to accept gift coupons and advise to contact customer care.

You are requested to advise so that coupons could be encased at the earliest.

I have big bazaar profit club membership card for my name. My card id is: [protected]. Big bazaar closed it outlet in chandigarh from where card membership was given to me. After closure, i am not able to use this card. Campany has also stopped to show the balance on the card in the app of the company, and also on the website of the company. Now i can't use this card anywhere. At last i raised complaints (on dated 14.04.22, 17.04.22, 21.04.22, 31.05.22 etc.) through mail to the mail id of the company given on their website ([protected]@bigbazaar.Com) also tried customer care number of the company, which also not picked up from last several months. Application to get the balance of my card on the website of the company also blocked by company. They never gave reply to me for my mails. I want to get my refund (it is approximately rs. 10000) and also want action on the company from govt of india/chandigarh administration for their fraudment. I also want to get compensation from the company.
