I have big bazaar profit club membership card for my name. My card id is: [protected]. Big bazaar closed it outlet in chandigarh from where card membership was given to me. After closure, i am not able to use this card. Campany has also stopped to show the balance on the card in the app of the company, and also on the website of the company. Now i can't use this card anywhere. At last i raised complaints (on dated 14.04.22, 17.04.22, 21.04.22, 31.05.22 etc.) through mail to the mail id of the company given on their website ([protected]@bigbazaar.Com) also tried customer care number of the company, which also not picked up from last several months. Application to get the balance of my card on the website of the company also blocked by company. They never gave reply to me for my mails. I want to get my refund (it is approximately rs. 10000) and also want action on the company from govt of india/chandigarh administration for their fraudment. I also want to get compensation from the company.

This product got damaged
And this happens within warranty period

The printed information on bill / ink got vanished
And main problem is that big bazaar is no more

I have bigbazar profit club card but bigbazar is closed at Bhubaneswar. Neither online profit club portal, nor email, nor customer care is working and as a customer I have not been informed regarding refund of my balance amount nor any guide lines how to use it in reliance smart bazar.My mobile number-[protected]. The future pay wallet also not showing any profit club balance. I have been in darkness regarding the status and and any timeline for use /reuse in any other similar Malls or refund of amount. Kindly look into it

We bought a big bazaar profit club card for shopping at stores in Bangalore. Now all branches are closed in Bangalore and i am. Not able to use my card, having balance of 8000/- in it. I have submitted all documents by email to bigbazaar profit club official Email id.

I recharged/opened my future wallet account in BigBazaar with 10, 000 in January 2022. According to the scheme/policy/offer, I was supposed to receive a 1000 monthly wallet to spend or buy in BigBazaar for the next 12 months.I used the amount for 3 months, and suddenly they stopped considering the wallet. In short i lost 9000 rupees worth of future wallet money.

Can someone from BigBazzar/Reliance take a look at it? It is a fraud and court should come into play. I am not sure how many people are facing this challenge? How can you ignore this request and open the shop and keep selling your product? it is insane and shouldn't be accepted in a democratic country.
