This incident took place in big bazaar at the phoenix market city, chennai on the 9th of april. When reached home and checked the bill, additional items were added which were not purchased by me and that too three times thinking that the consumer will not notice. I have added the copy of the bill for further details.
Please take needful action so that others dont suffer the same.

I purchased a chinos from FBB at DLF mall noida on 13/04/2018 around 9:50 pm. somehow i misplaced the bill and now i am unable to replace the product .

Please hep me generate duplicate bill from the outlet at DLF mall India.So that i can replace the product.

    I had purchased a few garments from big bazaar fab on april 1st. I forgot to take the bill after punching as it was very crowded. The top got shrunk after the 1st wash, and is of no use now. Fbb refuses to replace it, saying you lost the bill. However, it's bought from them, i know the time and have transaction message. Why would it not be possible to create another bill and replace.

      Big bazaar send sms too frequently. I don't want to receive any messages from big bazaar henceforth. It's too irritating. I don't shop from big bazaar so frequently. And the sms keep popping on my cellphone screen. It's very irritating to receive so many sms which i seriously have no use of. They send at least 20 sms per day. So it's very irritating. Now i'm done with it. Don't want to receive such sms. Big bazaar should stop irritating people by sending so many sms. Please it's very irritating.

        I am Archana Singh, Yesterday I did shopping from Big Bazaar Davangere Store. There I bought Maggi Atta Noodles 75gm and It was mentioned on pack that Mexican Atta Noodles cost Rs.19 is free with that pack but I didn't get that free item.
        I know this will be small thing but it shows that cheating to your customer. So, Please try to resolve this problem.

          Big Bazaar won't stop me sending spam SMS for no reason. I followed some online described steps to unsubscribe, but it won't work.

          I tried going to their website and filling out an unsubscribe form, but it won't submit!

          I also tried the CUSTOMER CARE number displayed on their website ([protected]) but it says the number is not valid (WTF)!

          Now I'm really pissed off and trying THIS WEBSITE as a last method to fix my problem - before going there and beat the ### out of whoever their manager is.

          BTW, even if my issue is solved here, I'm never stepping inside a Big Bazaar mall again. ###.

            Every day i am getting the unnecessary promotional offer sms from future bazaar (Big bazar) on my phone ([protected]) that i don't wish to receive. Such sms alerts are highly annoying.

            I have also resorted to the option of sending a sms mentioning "dealz no" to 575758 on 28.3.2018. It charged rs 3 but still no help.
            So please stop it immediately.
            The last resort would be an action at consumer court.

              Received worst information about shopping weekend 23-25 March 2018.

              I visited the store on 31st March 2018 to redeem the vouchers which i received on 25th March before ending the offer. Mr. Sharad Kale is the representative along with his seniors are there who didnt supported well for redemption options. Actually the entire offer is misguiding the consumers. It just increased footfalls at bigbazaar. As consumer I am absolutely unhappy with the offers. The offer claims Shop for Rs.2000 and get Rs.2000 back*. It had clearly violating and hiding needful information. Actually according to NCDRC Hiding crucial information in small print is unfair trade practice. I was surprised to know that the people i m talking with are hesitant to inform their name and identity being staff of BIG Bazaar. No complaint recording facility. So if there is a problem, the floor staff will not support the customer instead the customer has to take care himself about it. The staff don't want to maintain a good customer relation ship. They are not professional. If Big Bazaar think that this is the way to handle customers, they are living in a fools paradise. Soon they will follow the fate of other supermarket chains.

              I really would like to file a complaint to District forum of The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to take the misleading advertisement forward.

                Home town lucknow: extremely disappointed with your way of dealing with customers' query. There is no option to track the order placed. High level of discordance between information given by the cc executives and the ware house people. Accountability is zero, value of time is zero. I have been trying to track my order for about a week now and everyday i hear a new version regarding the delivery date of the products and the system seems to be in a permanent state of disorder it seems. What a disappointment!!!

                I want to stop getting spam via sms from big bazaar. I already sent many messages through their site and called their number but person couldn’t help me. I never gave permission to send me this stupid spam and I don’t like to shop in big bazaar I prefer nature basket. How can I unsubscribe from this useless sms?

                  Iam extremely unhappy with the fraud offer displayed on "demnt olive oil 21 b". I brought olive oil on 29.12.17.

                  Its displayed at olive oil counter 50% off, we confirmed from the staff, but at the time of billing, he said no offer on olive oil. He full charged on olive oil. Sales executive misguided us, was not ready to accept his mistake, spoke with manager, even he didn't resolve the issue, we were unhappy, we said the manager that we want to complaint but he dont care attitude towards us made us not to shop again at big bazar, 169, netaji subhas bose road, narendrapur, ps-sonarpur, kolkata-700103

                      Hello sir,

                      I went to purchase bag in big bazaar hiland park kolkata. After coming from big bazaar there detecting machine is make some sound that they are telling that there is some tag and he ask me to open the shirt i had done that then he didn't any tag then he ask me to open paints its too much he is harassing extreme level it's my self respect that i can't open my dress. They are doing this nonsense activity regularly.

                      Please take the necessary action against him the big bazaar even this activity is going on every big bazaar in india.

                        We were given assurance that there is a SALE on Kitchen Accessories today @Hypercity Store, Inorbit Mall which got converted into Big Bazar Today. Knowing this, we loaded our trolleys with selected required items. Then after giving 3 hours to this thing, we were informed @ the cash counter by your employee named Lavkumar Pravinchandra Patel that the SALE has been cancelled & we sensed that it was probably for their personal benefits. We expact some strict actions as we faced lot of troubles.

                            Applying for my PF settlement on august 2017 through hard copy sending bangalore. After that my pf login creation on august & Pfworkflow portal submitted my pf on december 2017. But on PF portal no record show.

                            After that i connect several time to company, but till now no resolution done.
                            skanda rao says it is under process but why it not showing pf portal.

                            And for online settlemt my uan is not kyc completed. For this i submitted my document but not done.

                              We had bought 5 men's shorts (SPUNK) while when we checked after reaching home, we have been billed for 6 such shorts.

                              Also, every other apparel has been mentioned one-by-one, while in one place quantity of shorts is mentioned to be 2.

                              We trust Big Bazaar and hence don't generally check the bill at the outlet.

But credit was given once for Rs.1500/- to my big bazaar future pay wallet. Hence I request you to kindly refund balance amount of Rs.1500/- to my bank SB account bearing IFSC Code: SYNB0008019 immediately and confirm me to my email id -- Shyam Sundar Das-khurdha.
                              I inform you that Rs.1500/- twicely debited from my Syndicate Bank SB account on 10/03/18 between 11.27 to 11.30 am.                                 I had a shopping in big bazar gold souk vytilla with my family on 17/3/2018. By the time we entered it was 9.00pm but the person manning the entrance allowed us go inside for shopping. Immediately after entering there was announcement repeatedly to conclude the shopping and move to the cash counter and this announcement made frequently was very irritating and we lost our shopping mood and with few items moved to the cash counter no.3 where the person manning the counter was seen in a hurry and throwing the items after scanning the price machine and one of the items (Pumpkin) fell on the floor in his hurry and he did not bothered and printed the final bill when we refused and requested to either replace the damaged item or to refund the money. He did not have patience to replace the item and immediately refunded the money and did not have the courtesy to say sorry for his act nor his floor manager who was also witnessing the show.

                                There are many malls in and around kochi and this big bazar in gold souk vytilla is a different experience for me.

                                There is no value for our money spent in this mall and he is throwing the items bought with huge pricing just for his hurry to close the mall. I wish this mall is closed for ever so that people like us will not go for shopping and bear the inconvenience. Authorities concerned are requested to open their eyes on this and take suitable action against the cashier in the counter as well as the floor manager and publish in this column the action taken for customer awareness.

                                  I have buyed 24 new profit club card, they told if you swipe the card with shopping of 3000, you will get 100 cash back for 10 months from 12th march

                                  But when the time comes, they have not given 100 cash back + now they are asking for the proof of the bill,

                                  In the time of february they have not informed us that we have to keep the bill, now i am not getting any cash back

                                    I mr. Deepak anand kadam proprietor of m/s deepak enterprises vikhroli east regretting to inform you that i am resigning from my distributionship of future group. I am holding agency since sept-2016 under officer zsm mr. Anil nazarate and so mr. Prakash poll, because of mr. Poll diverting my office staff mind from my business to his sales target. Mr. Prakash poll told to my salesman and my delivery boy not to do any work with deepak enterprises and do the work with future group that he will give salary of rs.15000/- per month with the time 10am to 3pm even though i am holding your agency.

                                    Since 01.03.2018 my staff sunny resigning from my job and join your co and since from 06.03.2018 my staff name suraj sharma also resigning from job because of mr. Prakash poll told him that he will give him 15000/- salary with suitable time which staff required.

                                    I am regretting to inform you that make my faf as soon as possible if mr. Poll influencing my staff for salary and time and pulling them from my co. To your co. I think this is wrong action taking your companies so mr. Poll and mr. Anil support him very well; either you take resignation of mine or mr. Poll. And i am not coming from ambanies family to distribute salary as mr. Poll says. Mr. Poll hasn’t interfere into my business activities and my staff and their salary and time. It happens many time he is instigate my staff to go with him, following are the name of staff which he instigated: - ajinkya, akshay, sunny and suraj since oct-2016.

                                    Mr. Poll insists and force to give salesman to him but this is not a duty of mine. I think because of this type of nature of mr. Poll nirali marketing wind up his business, and this is red signal for your co.

                                    Kindly take strict action on this.

                                      I mr. Prashant parab ex-employee of your organisation having employee code 249404 and pf account no. Is mh/212480/43613, i had resigned from your organisation before 6 years. Now i wish to withdraw my pf amount against this pf no., so i had submitted my pf withdrawal form with pan card, aadhar card copy & one cancelled cheque to your office (I. E. Knowledge hosue, jogeshwari link road address)

                                      Please note i got your message in january 2018, that your pf withdrawal form has been accepted, your ticket number tkt[protected] we will intimate you from time to time as it proceeds further. You can also track your pf form on fgpravaah, the details of which have been sent to your email id.

                                      As per your information i would like to inform you that till date i have not received any email from your side and for pf status check (Fgpravaah) asking for user id & password, so let me know how can i track my pf withdrawal status.

                                        On 24/02/18 i went to bigbazar liluah to buy a clothing accessories. But in the cash counter when i m doing my paymmet via upi transaction linked with dbs bank it showed timed out and of rs 999.00 was debited from my account. When i consulted the bigbazar representative they said me that the amount of 999.00 will be refunded to you in 48hours but it is more than a week till now i have not received my refundable amount.
