I have been billed Profit Club Card by Big Bazaar in January 2022 in which Rs 12500 was given to buy goods. For which I have been charged Rs 10000. I have not been able to use it due to the closure of the company. And the company was not heard. Please help me to get my money back. .please confirm i[censored] need Profit club card details ..

    I purchased fire bolt watch in Rs 1999 from Big Bazaar Inorbit mall vadodara and found watch not working after 2 days and after complain big bazaar refunded the money to my Big Bazaar wallet. Now I shifted to banglore and no any store of big bazaar is open here. Also wallet money is now not showing in app. Please help me to get my money back. My contact no is [protected].

          I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 9000+ Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.
          You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.

                Big Bazar network has been changed to Smart Bazar and Big Bazar Profit club is not allowed for purchasing from there. I have registered complain at Salt Lake Big Bazar ( now smart Bazar), but till date nothing has been communicated to me.

                      Future pay big bazaar wallet linked to my mobile number had a balance of Rs3K which I’m not able to redeem with the closure of Big Bazaar stores. As of 31st Aug 2022, I cannot see the Big Bazaar wallet balance on the future pay app. Kindly resolve the issue the earliest possible.

                          Few months back, I have taken Big Bazaar profit club membership and paid Rs. 10000/-. After Big Bazaar has been taken over by reliance the card was not being accepted there. When visited the store, a mail id was given for the refund.

                          Mails are being sent but mails are not getting delivered as the mailbox of them are full. Additionally none of the customer care numbers which are available in the website are working.

                          My Rs 10000/- is pending with Big Bazaar. Please inform, how to get the refund of the balance money.

                                      I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in whose balance is 10, 000 Rs but, without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.
                                      You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.
                                      So, please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email id is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and you are not reachable anyway.

                                        Dear Sir/Ma'am

                                        I have taken profit club membership(Card no: [protected] ) and purchased a card worth 10000 INR which will give a total 12000 INR after maturity . Now the card is matured, but I cannot use the card as all the big bazaar stores are acquired by Reliance Smart.

                                        Also i cannot reach to their customer care numbers and their support email address [protected]@bigbazaar.com. Please see attached error message when tried to reach their email address.

                                        Please kindly support me to get a refund/ let me know how to reach these BigBazar Guys .
