6000 INR Unused Balance in Bigbazar profit club card

Where to go for complain and how to get back money...

I have opted a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which almost 10, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now....

I have submitted PHOTOCOPIES OF PROFITCLUB CARD along with Application, Passbook page, Aadhaar Card Photocopy to big bazar customer care email - [protected]@BIGBAZAAR.COM and followed up multiple times over email as advised by OUTLET manager at Mangalore . We have opted a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which almost 18, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.
Me and my wife both have opted for it and we have 18k balance.

I have purchased this card in Jan2022 by paying 10000.In Big Bazar Chinchwad Pune Shop they sold this card to me.

In month of Feb2022 when I visited the mall it was closed. In March 2022 there was Reliance shop started in the same premises with same Staff.

Almost 6 month back I raised a request for block my profit club Big Bazaar Card and refund for same. There was ₹12000 balance in my card. The card was instantly blocked but still I didn’t get my refund which is in total ₹12000. Emails also bouncing back.
