    Regarding the bed which we have taken, in this the hydrollic equipment is not working three months of the date which we have taken[protected].after 6 months sravani has sent eqipments of complaint which we have given and even the thing which were repleaced where not working and she inform that she is going to send 90 kgs hydrolic if it doesn't work, she is saying we can think about it later, she couldn't say it exatly, when i was buying bed, staff informed that the mattress would support and now its not supporting and they said that they will change hydrolic, but they are not giving guarantee, they are troubling me from 8 months.so, i asked to change the bed but they are not changing.they are like how many ever times I have this problem those many times they will come and repair.and they are changing the bed. Bed costs-40, 000, matresses cost-40, 000 so total they charged 80, 000
    I bought this bed with this much amount and 1 year is not yet done and i am facing many problems with it .

    So please solve this problem as soon as possible...

        Big Bazar should rename its stores as Fraud Bazar. Following incidences happened with me in the store:
        1) Charged full amount at the counter even when rate card displayed a discount
        2) Charged for both items in case of buy one get one
        3) Added Rs.1300/- to the bill without even purchasing any item. when the same is reported a credit note which had an expiry of 1 month was issued instead of refund
        4) Made to purchase more for a coupon and when coupon is issued it was to expire in 5 days.

              I went to Big Bazaar on 22nd January 2016 and purchased some food items. at time of payment one lady came to me and offered a sim card of tata docomo. She said that the sim will be activated withing 48 hours. but unhappily the sim is not activated yet till now. they charged me 260 INR Bucks, Iawant my money back in same credit card which i had used at time of payment and now going to consumer forum to register a complain against her and big bazaar.
              Just cheating with costumers/Offering SIM cards of tata docomo who is not activated till now.

                  I bought a large bull dog soft toy @Rs. 799 yesterday from Big bazaar, Aditya mall, Indirapuram. It's MRP is written as 1499. I checked on internet, its actual MRP is only 675 and after discount I am getting it @Rs.506. There is a huge difference, I want a refund.

                    Hi,

                    I got he modular kitchen delivered by Hometown 3 years back with the colour that was in display. Last November as an extension, I have ordered a Breakfast counter with cabinets and Tall unit with the same colour but Hometown delivered completely different colour. I have been following up with local store and they said they will replace the shutters with white colour matching the wall units. Then they said the order is already in place and the material will be delivered by December'15. When I inquired at the beginning of this month they said the order is not in place and is waiting for the approvals. I am going mad with the store guys giving me various versions.

                    Could you please look into this and replace the shutters at the earliest.

                        I brought a combo offer of steel bed with kurlon mattress at Rs 9999/- from Big Bazar, Guwahati. There was a clear display of Kurlon sign board over the displayed bed and mattress. On receiving it at home I have inspected the mattress and found that the item was in fact a product of "easy life". though it was written in the mattress that the item is manufactured and marketed by Kurlon Enterprise Limited, I still have doubts about it. I would like to get confirmation regarding the genuineness of Kurlon brand endorsement in easy life mattress and the offer of genuineness Kurlon product from Big-Bazar.

                          Sir in the month of october i had been enrolled for profit club ( CARD NO [protected]) for that i paid Rs 10000 and that was converted to instalment of Rs 897.86, now i have withdrawn from the programme on 29/11/2015 and as per receipt Rs 9000/- only was about to be returned to me but even after that EMI is deducted from my credit card.                               Hi, Myself Oindrila Basu and I am from Barasat. I am a regular customer of your company and also a member of "Big Bazar Profit Club". My Card number is[protected]. At this stage of my credibility, I am quite ashamed about the way I have been treated by your staffs at Big Bazar Champadalimore, Barasat. I never ever in my life felt such disrespect and dishonour by any other companies. On 1st December 2015, I got a text from your company saying thank for being a valued customer and a Profit Club member with us. As a loyalty bonus for being a member of the club, your company has offered me a gift voucher of 250/-. This promotion was valid up to 2nd Dec to 6th Dec 2015. As such, on 4th Dec 2015, my husband and me went to our nearby Big Bazar Shop at Champadalimore, Barasat to avail the promotional offer. On that day, I have purchased of Rs. 533/-. I was expecting that my promotional offer of Rs. 250/- would be deducted first and then from my Profit Club Membership Card. The same has been confirmed by your staff at the cash counter while making the payment. To be very much sure that my Profit Club Membership Card will carry forward the remaining balance of Rs. 152/- for the next month and when your cashier reconfirmed that yes it will be the case, I was agreed to avail the offer. However, on 13th December 2015, when I went to the same store, to buy something of my need I come to know at the counter that the remaining balance of 152/- Rs. which I was expecting to be carried forwarded to my account has not been done and I was asked for the cash payment of 152/- at the cash counter. On top of that when I asked him that it was not the case and referred to the incident mentioned above, they have laughed on me. I am not at all a happy customer now.                                 Sir, I am bigbazar profit club member and I used to purchase product from sealdah in every months. But most of time I trust bigbazar and I didnot check the billing. But today after after cumming to my home (4 km away from bigbazar) I have seen the bill and found the following... BILL NO 38689 INV NO 38689 DATE[protected] TIME 19:06:51 ITEM LIFEBUOY COMPLT 375g MRP 120/- BIGBAZAR TAKEN 145/ SO BIGBAZAR TAKE RS 25/ EXTRA THAN MRP. And now I think in previous bill which I have not checked, bigbagar or future group might take more money than MRP in the name of discount and sobche sostha offer. As a poor customer I am loosing money. So I feel I am being harassed and cheated by BIGBAZAR/Future Group. So I WILL INFORM THE TOTAL INCIDENT TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS FOR JUSTICE.                                   I bought a bed, mattress and a dresser on 30/12/2015 from Home Town department of Big Bazaar, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Before making the payment I asked the sales guy to ensure that the items are in stock and will be delivered on 01/01/2016. I was promised that the delivery will happen on 1st of Jan. It's now 5th of Jan and I am still waiting for these products which I purchased. Every day when I call the delivery date is pushed one day further. This is frustrating and is the worst kind of customer service.

                                    Received SMS offering redeeming of Rs.184/- against Rs.92/- worth points in my payback card between 1-3 Jan.. Purchased products worth Rs.2349.97/- at Big Bazaar Sreebhumi VIP Road Kolkata at 1:00PM (cashmemo no. 0003519 dt.01/01/16). Could not redeem as no staff was aware of the scheme and could not help after seeing the SMS even. Gave a written complaint and rang up[protected], after which Shreebhumi outlet rang me up at 3:00 PM and told me to make some other purchase again for redeeming the amount of Rs.184/-. This clearly is harassment of a customer due to ignorance of your staff. Do you expect me to go back again to spend more money for redeeming Rs.184/- which should have been done against my mentioned cashmemo no.?

                                      I have noticed many times that the Big Bazaar sells items which are meant to be given free along with another bigger item. For example... if a company is offering a 50gm hand lotion is given free with a bigger bottle of 300 ml body lotion ... They break them up and put their own price stickers on the smaller bottle & sell it separately ...!!! This is done with many items... If 2pouches of Garnier hair color come together in a packet and are priced less, they sell the pouches separately on higher price, thus pocketing extra amount charged ..!!! Pls. look into this

                                        I purchased a sofa set worth 40k which is a year old but the wood quality is so bad that it got damaged . Even after calling more than 10 times there is no response for repair. The worst hometown shop ever I have seen, the people do not know how to speak to customers. There is no response time for my repair and no action taken, they take everything for granted. This Hometown shop in Ranchi is a shame for Future group.
