PROFIT CLUB CARD NUMBER :[protected]

I have submitted PHOTOCOPIES OF PROFITCLUB CARD along with Application, Passbook page, Aadhaar Card Photocopy to big bazar customer care email - [protected]@BIGBAZAAR.COM and followed up multiple times over email as advised by OUTLET manager at Mangalore . PROFITCLUB Card Number[protected] with my Contact Number in watsapp [protected] for Refund Amount over 7000/- .

The Amount is not deposited till date to my Bank Account. Please let me know when the amount will be credited to my bank account.

I have already shared passbook, card details and ID proof over email. You can contact me at watsapp number [protected].

I lost my balance money from fbb wallet, the wallet is suddenly gone nor did they give refund.

We have opted a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which almost 18, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.
Me and my wife both have opted for it and we have 18k balance.

We are unable to contact customer care. Even mail domain has expired. Email is not getting delivered. It's completely fraud. Pls help us to get my money back.

I am holding a Big Bazaar Profit Club Card with outstanding credit balance of Rs 10000=00. The card has been issued to me on[protected] and is valid upto[protected]. After most of the Future retail owned by Big Bazaar outlets were taken over by Reliance Retail, I have been facing great difficulties to utilise or get refund of my balance of Rs 10000=00 as Reliance Retail is not accepting Big Bazaar Profit club cards and E-mail ID and toll free number as provided by Big Bazaar customer support for refund of the outstanding balance are not at all operational.
In view of what stated herein above please make necessary arrangements to resolve my issue to enable me to get refund of my balance of Rs 10000=00 lying in my Big Bazaar Profit Club card.

I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which around 6850 Rs left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.

You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.

So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and you are not reachable anyway.

I am holder of Big Bazaar Profit Club Card with total balance of Rs 10000=00. The card has been issued to me on[protected] and is valid till[protected]. My Future pay Profit Club card number is [protected].

I have purchased this card in Jan2022 by paying 10000.In Big Bazar Chinchwad Pune Shop they sold this card to me.

In month of Feb2022 when I visited the mall it was closed. In March 2022 there was Reliance shop started in the same premises with same Staff.
Now Reliance people are saying that this card will not work in this shop.

This is clear scam done by both Future pay & Reliance.

There is more than 8000 Rs Ammount in my wallet & more 3000 is going to credit.
All Big Bazar Shops are closed.

I have not received any information regarding this from Future pay. I have also mailed them but Not received any clarification from them.

I am salaried person with limited money. Future pay & Reliance Group are Big people. I urge them by your platform to please give my Money Back with Interest.

Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Profit club card didnt get refund.

Email sent to [protected]@bigbazaar.com requesting for refund of Profit club card is not being delivered. None of the customer care number is reachable. Without prior notice big bazaar is shut.

I have Big Bazaar Profit Club Card.
Please suggest the process to get the refund.

I had enrolled for big bazaar profit clum membership in which rs.12000/- was supposed to be received for shopping (1ooo/- every month) in lieu of rs. 10000/- that i had deposited. The scheme was promoted by big bazaar executives vigourously and many consumers like me fell prey to it. Now that big bazaar stores in the country have been closed there's no refund/redeem option being provided by big bazaar. This is our hard earned money which has been lost.

Almost 6 month back I raised a request for block my profit club Big Bazaar Card and refund for same. There was ₹12000 balance in my card. The card was instantly blocked but still I didn’t get my refund which is in total ₹12000. Emails also bouncing back.
Please look into this and help me out to get my hard earned money back.

I added 1500 rs into my future pay wallet and ordered online during Feb 2022 from Bigbazaar phoenix where I used to do frequently. That Time my order was cancelled but my futurepay was reflecting balance.

Then onwards, app did not have option to shop from it stating under maintenance. Since for 2 or 3 months it was stating same, I went in person and it was converted to smart Bazaar by jio. Later they told me to goto someother Bigbazaar. Went to pondybazaar and people there said I cannot use it as no instructions for them.

I'm at loss now that I cannot get or use Mt hard earned money. need your support at the earliest to get my genuine money back.

I have invested rs 10000 to buy rs 12000 value shopping for 12 months. Suddenly the big bazar store has been closed. And my profit club card balance has not refunded to me. My mob no [protected]
