Dear Sir

Your kind attention is brought on following issues:

1. I am a profit club member and I have deposited Rs 10000 as per your offer for Rs12000 in it which is not used till date. It is thus requested to you to kindly refund the balance available amount.

2. I had this offer of yours of FBB 1500 pe 1500 cashback. This cashback was supposed to be given in Rs 300 for 5months. But in the first month itself your store was closed.

3. My online future pay app wallet had approx Rs 500 and taking my family members account in consideration it is more than Rs 2000.

4. Repeated mails at your email id [protected]@futuregroup.in and [protected]@futuregroup.in are failing bouncing back.

Kindly let me know how and when the amount will be refunded to me.

        I have been a loyal customer of Big Bazaar and have taken 3 profit club cards worth 10K each since 2012. One of the cards has a balance of 5370 and is due to expire this month end (August) and the other two have 11K each. When I visited the Big Bazaar Uppal branch (after traveling for 25km from my home) to redeem the card on 3rd August they told it's not possible since 1st August they stopped taking them. The store manager gave two email id's to correspond for refund of the 3 BBPC cards and 2 coupons. I sent the mail with pictures of cards, coupons and my ID, cancelled cheque photos. BUT I NEVER RECEIVED ANY REPLY. Please suggest how to proceed as The validity of one card is expiring. Expecting a quick response from your end. Thanks in anticipation.

          Future pay Big Bazaar wallet linked to my mobile number had a balance of Rs 6718 which I'm not able to redeem . Attaching the screenshot of the Future pay Big Bazaar wallet balance taken on 2nd July 2022. Also currently the future pay Big bazaar wallet is not seen on the Future pay app. Kindly help to get the balance amount of Rs 6718 refunded.

              I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 6, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.

              You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.

              So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and you are not reachable anyway.

                  It is known that Big Bazar has been closed and replaced with Smart Bazar. When ever I visit store, they said that your card balance can be used after of opening of Reliance Smart Bazar. Now they are saying after of period of 7/8 months it can be refund from Big Bazar only and can not be redeemed at Smart Bazar.
                  I want my money refund. So how to get it kindly intimate and also I want to lodge complaint that why they are harassing common people and not mentioning easy process of refund/redeem of the amount.
                  Please guide me on this.

                      It’s been many months and I still have Rs 7000 left in my card but has not been refunded to my account

                      Customer care number is not reachable and issue is with email Id as well and this in short no medium to connect to get the money back.

                            There should be strict action about returning our money back immediately, its not only 10 or 100 people for sure. Everybody's money is money. And what I like is when you call and if they happen to pick the call they say its in court we cant do anything. Is that our problem.

                            They should have their people in all the malls to give back our money ASAP after verifying our details. The staff should also be held responsible for promoting this offer without being aware of the rules and still promoting it this year.

                            If they suffered losses during lockdown, we the common man also have and are still and have to be after them for our own money.

                              I have Big Bazaar e-Gift Voucher Rs.1000/- 4 Qty and Rs.50/- 3 Qty [Validity- 31 May 2022],

                              I have visited Big Bazar for shopping within defined date but due to Big Bazar is taken over by Reliance all Big Bazar shops were shout down for 2-3 months and now all they are showing its expire.

                              Pleas help and let us know how to extend the validate for my Big Bazar gift voucher.

                                I had purchased Big Bazaar Profit Club Card on 8th December 2021. I want to get the refund of the amount present, which is 9700.50, since this card is now inoperative.
                                But the customer care number and email provided by Big Bazaar is not reachable.
                                Customer Care number doesn't exist anymore. Mails are getting bounced back. Went to Smart Bazaar also for this, but of no use.

                                Please help to do the needful as the money has been stuck since a long time and I'm not aware where to turn to.

                                  Company haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.

                                    i have purchased Big Bazaar Membership Card in 10, 000. but after few days i got information that Big Bazaar is closed.so i visited to the big Bazaar pune so they told me that wait for 3-4 months to get refund that amount becasue Big Bazaar is purchased by reliance and they said handover is in progress.

                                    now i visited again to big Bizaar then they said they are not aware of the membership card and refund.

                                    i want to refund my 10, 000 amount which i paid for Big Bazaar.

                                      I have profit club card and balance of 9000 rs in my account, but from last 1 Yr not able to get any product from any store, as they closed store in our City Udaipur Rajasthan, Now this store taken by Reliance and they said i have to go Ahmedabad or Jaipur for Products. Visited Ahmedabad Store but they refused to Give any product against this Profit Club card, Tried from Online App but No. is now closed.

                                      Suggest what to do now.
