Hi,

I have purchased a BigBazaar Membership card on 18-January-2022 by paying Rs. 10100. Now the BigBazaar outlets are closed for shopping. I can not purchase the house hold stuffs. My money is still there with BigBazaar.

I have contacted their Customer Care Email id ([protected]@bigbazaar.com) on 8th-July-2022 to refund the amount. However, the Email delivery failed.

Request you to help me to get the money refunded.

        I got Big bazaar profit club card made in Feb 2022 after depositing 10, 000 rupees and next month your store was closed.
        I launched the complaint with NCH, however, after no response received by big bazaar, I am left with no option than to approach the consumer commission.

        I have once again forwarded an email requesting a refund of my unused amount with necessary documents as attachments. Please respond as soon as possible.

            I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club Card issued in December 2021 and as on date have an unused balance of Rs 6000/-. Rs 4000 more will be available in next 4 months. Therefore total unused balance actually will be Rs 10000. Post closure of Big Bazaar & FBB Stores, i am not able to use it. Neither Big Bazaar Customer Care No nor Customer Care E Mail ID working to raise any complaint and asking for any refund. I need refund of my hard earned money ASAP.

                I have been sold profit club card by big bazaar at allahabad big bazaar retail outlet . My refund of INR 10000/- card balance on date 27 july 2022 is still not paid to me as the big bazaar outlets are closed and they have closed all communication line of mail or telephone.

                      As all the Big Bazaar stores closed in my area at Bhubaneswar, Keonjhar, Odisha. Hence I am not able to use my Big bazaar Profit club card having number-[protected]. No one responding over call.
                      I want to cancel my membership. Kindly refund the amount. Let me know if you need any other details from my side.
