I have opted a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which almost 12, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.

We are unable to contact customer care. Even mail domain has expired. Email is not getting delivered. It's completely fraud. Pls help us to get my money back.

I got Big bazaar profit club card made in Feb 2022 after depositing 10, 000 rupees and next month your store was closed.
I launched the complaint with NCH, however, after no response received by big bazaar, I am left with no option than to approach the consumer commission.

I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club Card issued in December 2021 and as on date have an unused balance of Rs 6000/-. Rs 4000 more will be available in next 4 months. Therefore total unused balance actually will be Rs 10000. Post closure of Big Bazaar & FBB Stores, i am not able to use it. I have been sold profit club card by big bazaar at allahabad big bazaar retail outlet . My refund of INR 10000/- card balance on date 27 july 2022 is still not paid to me as the big bazaar outlets are closed and they have closed all communication line of mail or telephone....

I had made a complaint on 15th July 2022 regarding the profit club money refund (complaint no. 3557). Kindly look into the matter and help me in getting the refund of rs 15000/-
