Hi sir my name is md sadab my employee I'd is 349300, I worked in future group company, and I left my company since 26feb 2022 around 4 months ago, but still I did not getting my full and final settlement...

I am regular customer of big Bazar.
I have big bazar card.no. [protected]
As big bazar in nearby stations i.e. Pathankot, Kangra heve been closed.
So you are requested to refund the amount.

My FEL FD of Rs. 1 Lac is getting matured next week however I don't know where to contact and whom to contact as all Big Bazar stores are closed. Please HELP.

I am having ₹1200 (approx) in big bazaar which i am not able to use. I have already lost ₹200 in big bazaar and ₹200 in fbb wallet due to expirey date crossed. So, total loss of ₹1600 due to big bazaar sudden shutdown of online/offline stores.
Please resolve it to get my hard earned money back 🙏🙏...

I placed an order on 23 May 2022 for 4 Shirts and 2 T-Shirts on the website portal of ALL online store. My order no. is[protected]. The total cost for the order is Rs. 6114.

This order has not been delivered and they refuse to update anything about the order yet.

I want a refund at this point.

I had made a profit Club membership card and just after 2-3 months the company has shut Big bazar down. Please help me on how to claim the money i have in the card. I have a balance of almost 8-10k in the card. Please help.

I had taken a profit club card from Big bazaar. Raised several emails to the concerned department. No response receive. On enquiry at the newly opened outlets of smart bazaar one month back, the staffs at smart bazaar informed me that they will be reversing the amount within one month to the account. Yesterday I again enquired with them and they said me to raise a police compliant. Actually a great cheating has happened and they have looted money from many. Need to revert the amount immediately to the customers.

Big Bazaar was providing profit club cards @ Rs. 10000 and was allowing customers to buy items @Rs1000 per month for 12 months. I have two cards with a balance of Rs. 9000 and Rs.8000/- Now, there is no response from big bazaar. all the customer care numbers and mail id are not working.

I had balance of 11000/- in big bazar profit club .after closing outlet i requested money refund via mail and toll free number.But i didnt received any response.I need my money back.

I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 10 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.
You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.
So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and you are not reachable anyway.

They told me in 45 days u got refund of balance ammount still not refund tooi irritating

I had taken a Profit Card for Rs. 10000/-. Of which Rs. 4000/-. And then one fine day Big Bazar Siliguri disappeared. Where do make a complain to recover the balance amount.

My profit club card no[protected], under the name Shashank S Gupta is pending for refund, I am unable to contact the Big Bazaar /Future Retail company as all their customer care numbers and emails are non functional. Hence after Big Bazaar was closed down, I am at loss of Rs.10000 which I paid for the card. Please help.
