Joined bigbazar profit club and paid 10, 000 rupees in the month of December. And suddenly after 2 months bigbazar is no more. There is around 7000 rupees in my bigbazar wallet, I need refund. Please resolve my issue and please do reply.

Hi,

I added 30000 rs. amount in big bazaar wallet but now am not able to use it as they have closed the store.

I need my money back.

As all the big bazaar all closed their service now, I am unable to claim my gift coupon and all the customer care numbers are unavailable now. I need my gift card money. Is there any alternative way to claim kindly get back to me.

I have Profit Club Card it has Rs 9000 Balance. I am not able to utilise as Big Bazaar is closed. Please help to get my money as early as possible.

Bigbazaar has not refunded my money of Rs 8000 in Profit club card. No response from them. Do I lodge a police complaint ?

It has been more than 2 months no refund I got

I had Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 7 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now. I cancel out my card but after 2 months still no refund
You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.
So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and you are not reachable anyway.

I have subscribed for Big Bazaar Profit club card membership in Haldwani, Uttarakhand .As the big bazzar in Haldwani has been closed, I have contacted your customer care no. [protected] so many times but haven’t received any response from them. Big bazaar is replaced by Reliance smart bazaar. They are simply refusing to listen my problem.

Please do the needful to close my membership card and refund my amount.

I had taken a profit club card on 30/11/2021. I made two transactions- 10/01/22 and 07/02/22. Then suddenly all the stores were shut down. As a message was marked on the shutters of the store that it would re-open soon, I waited for 2 months. On 14/04/2022 I called the customer are and as per their message I sent them an email providing all the details required for the refund policy. But now neither their customer care number[protected] is available nor they are refunding my remaining hard earned money. Out of 10000/- I have only used 2000/- and the remaining 8000/- is yet to be refunded. Kindly help.

Bigbazar agents fooled me to buy Profit Club card in the Month of May, just before the Reliance took over the big bazar. I dont know if it was intentional. Used card only once, and not used it because stores got closed due to Reliance take over. No news about waht happens to our Profit Club card. Not able to reach cutomer care numbers or emails. Future Group customer care numbers are also not working. Not able to take refund. I have paid 10K and I need my money back.

Since long when I visited that big bazar I found that it was totally changed into reliance store, then I suddenly asked by the help desk of reliance store they told me that the big bazar was sold out, I was shocked and scared about my money which I was invested for the membership of big bazar profit club. Then again I asked from them they replied that the money you was invested on big bazar, the will be surely refund it to you back, you have to write an e-mail regarding that with supporting document.

I am having 10000 RS gifts voucher of Big bazaar.
Before I used to swipe/use that voucher in Nashik city big bazaar store but now it is converted to Reliance store.
I went there Reliance store said they will not allow this voucher.

Please helps me to redeem this voucher.
