    I have Big Bazaar voucher worth Rs 8000/- which will get expired by August 2022. However, due to internal issues in Big Bazaar and the shops are closed, I am not able to redeem the voucher. Please help.

        I was regular customer of Big bazar profit club card since 2016-17.
        My last renewal was on 19.12.2021.
        When store get closed then i initiated request to refund balance amount of Rs 11000.
        Whatever paper work required regarding cancel cheque Uid details and pan i submitted but despite all that and sending mail to [protected]@ bigbazzar.com more than five times, they are not listening.
        If anybody listening from company end then please look into.

          I have one big bazaar profit club membership card. Card No. [protected]. I have purchased for some amount through this card. However, about 7400 is still in balance on my card. Big bazaar has been closed without intimation to the card holders. I am not able to redeem my card balance as the big bazaar stores are closed. Your profit club call centre number as well as the e-mail ([protected]@bigbazaar.com) are not functional although I tried a lot. Please guide me how can I get back my balance amount.

              They have shut all, after Reliance took over, viz - customer care, my balance amount & email helpline too.
              My profit club card worth ₹12000/- has been used 6 months & rest ₹6000/- were left, before this event in probably February 2022. Until 2 June 2022, at least it was showing in future pay app & now it's disappeared & profit club card is delinked by them & thus showing zero balance. Even 2 months still remain and expiry is way long till 28/02/2023, it's suddenly vanished from future pay account.
              I want my ₹6000/- back & also I've ₹12000/- FD with future pay, getting matured at 19/09/2022, still don't know would I get that paid or not.
              Furious & highly angry.

                I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 11, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.
                So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and you are not reachable anyway. Been waiting for the refund for so long now. I have emailed and followed up many times but didn't get any response from you.

                      We booked for modular kitchen installation and living, bedrooms furniture assembly from Hyderabad Central home town on 27th apr 2022, till now no updates or product delivery. Ticket no, 02983590 raised with Home town customer carem no response from them on time line. We paid full amount for modular kitchen.

                        There were no single courtesy call/ email/ SMS communication from Future group that they going to close / closed. I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card with balance in it. In Apr22, when I visited to Big Bazaar outlet, I got to know that its closed permenantly & place takeover by Reliance. I called in toll free & as guided wrote email with card & bank details for refund calim to [protected]@futurepay.co.in, [protected]@bigbazzar.com. But there is no responce till date, dispite severel reminders. Now their toll free number also not working/disconnected. Its actualy a fraud. Kinldy help me to refund the said amount as earliest.

                          I applied for the Big Bazaar Profit Club card in the month of December in Kolkata and paid 10000 via 5 EMIs of 2000 using Bajaj Finserv. Since Big Bazaar outlets are closed in Kolkata, I cannot use the card for any use, so I want to cancel the card subscription and get refund of the amount paid. I tried reaching out to toll phone number and email but none of them are working.

                            I am having Big bazzar profit club card and had approx Rs 9000 balance. Tried all the possibility to contact BB but not able to reach them. Today I saw my balance was showing to zero and now I am not able to login to that app.

                            I think we need to get united to fight with BB.

                              I've taken the Big Bazaar Profit Club Card on Oct, 2021. Current balance is INR 6, 000/- excluding the future credits.
                              I've checked with many stores in Bangalore, those have turned to Reliance Smart Store and not accepting the Big Bazaar Profit Club Card.

                              Please initiate the refund - if these amounts no longer redeem.

                                Hi,

                                I had taken a Profit Club Membership Card last year from Big Bazaar, Kandivali East, Mumbai outlet. I have Rs. 3, 580.94 balance remaining in my Profit Club card which will expire by Nov-22 if not used. The issue I’m facing is that Big Bazaar stores are shut in Mumbai and their customer care number is also not functional anymore. I’m unable to buy anything from the Future Pay app too from Big Bazaar/FBB store from the app. Due to this I fear that my balance will expire and hence, I seek refund from Future Pay towards the balance amount of Rs. 3, 580.94.

                                    I purchased profit club membership card on January 2022 and i have Rs. 10000 left on my profit club membership card but without any prior notification big bazaar has been closed. I tried to contact many times but your customer care number is not reachable. It is totally a fraud. My profit club card number is XXXXXXXXX02375 and my membership card number is 19224. Return my money otherwise i have to take other action against it.

                                      Have submitted the Future Value card to BIG BAZAAR T.Nagar chennai Branch dt 23-April2022 11:32 Am, It been almost two months now.
                                      Refund amount approx Rs.7000 is still pending, Can you please get this refunded ASAP.

                                        I have signed up for Big Bazaar profit club in the month of February and one month later they have shut down all the services across the country. I still have a balance of INR 10, 000 and have been hoping to get it refunded asap. This is unacceptable future group, you can not scam India like this and run away.
