Hi Future group
I have surrendered by future cards 3 months ago (on April 10, 2022). But no refund came to my account till now.
It was promised that the remaining money of around 19K on 3 cards will be refunded to my account (Cross check submitted). But nothing came till now.

I had taken the Big Bazaar profit club card on Jan 23, 2022 and the existing balance in the card is 6000 with Total balance of INR 12000/- after payment of INR 10000/-.

I had visited your Big Bazaar outlets in Pune but they are closed. I cannot use this amount anywhere. Therefore request you to refund this amount INR 12000/- to my bank account.

Please let me know in case any additional details are required.

I purchase a BIG Bazar Profit card @ Rs.10000/- at Big Bazar, Kota, Rajasthan,

After 3 month I know that big bazar was closed,

So i am trying to find another Outlet but, all are closed .

Please suggest the process to initiate refund for Profit Club Membership, my card Number is [protected],

Big Bazzar got closed within 15 days of my card issuance, if their company was in the process of closure ethically they should have not dragged my money convincing me to but their membership card.

Kindly do the needful.

I have 6000 balance in big bazaar future pay card. As now big bazar is closed in odisha kindly refund the same amount.

I had earlier taken up case on 14 Apr 22, but have not received any response from company.

I had purchased prepared profit club card on 2nd January 2022 from Big Bazaar Rajajinagar Branch Bangalore. I have remaining balance of 11, 000 Rs but without intination or a notice to customer big bazaar is closed now.
When visited nearest Big Bazaar i was told to send an email to there customer care, even after sending multiple emails there is not response as the email is not in use and customer care number are shutdown.

There are no proper instruction to a customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance or use them in other outlets.

So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Though there was a process of Reliance taking over FBB the FBB continued to promote Profit Club cards in there outlets.
You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance which looks like a fraud and you are not reachable in anyways.

Customer put there hard earned money in there and FBB being such a renoun group and large customer base was not expected to do such things to customer who have been with the group and supporting it.

I hope this reached to the appropriate team and I would get a refund of my balance in Profit Club Card at the earliest.

I was offered a BBPC at Prayagraj Store in the month of Feb 22 without disclosing the tentative closure of the store permanently which was in pipeline and the store staff knew about it.
Since then I could not use my card and my card balance is stuck with Big Bazaar.
Have written them emails and tried there customer care number but haven't received any reply.
Please, refund my balance, I don't want to bea customer of such a fraud company.

I am Sameer Sahu holding Big Bazaar Profit Club Card no[protected]. All big bazaar retail outlets in Nagpur have shut and hence I'm unable to use the balance amount in the card. The balance in the card is Rs 9033.54 (Attached below)

I sent them an email on [protected]@bigbazaar.com attaching:
1. Front & back pic of card
2. Aadhaar Card - front & back pic : ID Proof
3. License - ID Proof
4. Cancelled cheque
But to my horror even the email is bouncing back. Customer Care number isn't working. What a mess of a company is this!

I purchased the Profit Club Card from Big Bazaar Kochi in February 2022, but I did not get any chance to make my purchase from Big Bazaar using this card as the shops have been closed since March, not even the vouchers which I received with the card.

I was told earlier that even after merging with Reliance, Profit Club cards can be used, but now they are not allowing to do this. I also have my vouchers also not yet redeemed!

I have been roaming around to various Big Bazaar shops and asking what is the future of BBPC cards, but no one had proper clarity, they all asked to send email to [protected]@bigbazaar.com for refund, but I think since too many people are facing the same issue, the inbox is full or the given email is not functional now and my email was not delivered.

Please let me know how to proceed and get the refund!

I had a profit club card at Big bazzar on November 2021 and had added 10k to wallet as per their request.
It was also mentioned that any unused amount will be refunded back at any time.
Currently most of the outlets near me are close and so in order to get the refund, i had a written a mail to them for which they had not responded.
I want the wallet money back.

I had opted for Big Bazaar Profit Club and I had deposited INR 11000/- in the month of February 2022 and post than Reliance has taken over Big Bazaar and since then I am not able to use my Future Pay wallet amount any where and Customer care is also not supportive.
When I call the customer care they also ask to wait for 2-3 weeks and its been happening since month of February 2022.

Future Pay wallet adds 1000 /- every month and it will keep adding for 11 Months since i have deposited 11000 when I opted for Profit Club.

I was regular customer of Big bazar profit club card since 2016-17.
My last renewal was on 19.12.2021.
When store get closed then i initiated request to refund balance amount of Rs 11000.
Whatever paper work required regarding cancel cheque Uid details and pan i submitted but despite all that and sending mail to [protected]@ bigbazzar.com more than five times, they are not listening.
If anybody listening from company end then please look into.
