I have tried to contact you at the registered email id for the refund of the balance amount in my Big Bazaar Profit Club card no [protected], but your email is no longer in use as such I am unable to get the refund amount.
Kindly initiate the same and inform me when the same will be completed.

    I have been using big bazaar profit club card for last one year.
    While issuing this card, it was told to me that I will be able to use this card for shopping with same benefits whenever Reliance takes over big bazar chain.
    I have good balance amount in this card.
    But Reliance mart at Vishrantwadi, Pune, Maharashtra area is not accepting this card for shopping.
    Kindly advise.

      I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 11, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now. my card no is-[protected]

      You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.

      So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and you are not reachable anyway.

            Fixed deposited in Future enterprises limited (FEL)

            I done fixed deposited in FEL 2 year back till last year December they given interested but now mails are bounced and number which they mentioned in bond not working. When i check the store where i applied application in bigbazar was closed. It is 1 lakh amount.

              Like several people in India, I am also not getting refund from future group/ bigbazaar for my existing profit club card.
              I have already written a mail to [protected]@bigbazaar.com but no response and now this mail is not working and even their customer care number[protected].

              Future group need to take action at the earliest to refund the amount to me and all other customers who believed future group.

                Please help to resolve this issue.

                          Purchased product (details mentioned below) from Hometown.in (Praxis Home Retail Ltd) through online. The details as below:-

                          Order No[protected]
                          Date of payment through Credit card: 27th May'22
                          Amount paid: Rs 5799.00
                          Product detail as mentioned in the subject
                          Mail confirmation from Hometown: 27th May'22
                          Expected delivery 10th June'22

                          so far product has not been delivered. I have written numerous mails to customer service of hometown ([protected]@hometown.in) for getting information on delivery. Every time Hometown has standard response asking for my contact no or order no. The phone no given by hometown in the mail does not work. There is no other way of communication. There is no revert from hometown. I have tweeted to hometown but again no response.

                          Customers are taken for a ride. Kindly help resolve at the earliest

                            I am having Big bazzar profit club card and had approx Rs 9000 balance. Tried all the possibility to contact BB but not able to reach them. Today I saw my balance was showing to zero and now I am not able to login to that app.

                            I think we need to get united to fight with BB.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam,

                              I had purchased this card No. [protected] from Hypercity Malad Mumbai and now the outlet is closed. There no one to provide me any information for card surrender or refund.

                              I have tried calling them multiple times at the given contact number printed on the card but no one picked up. I also tried to visit the website bigbazaarprofitclub.com, which did not work for me as well, it crashes. I have more than 5000 rupees in my card and not sure how to use that in any outlet.

                              Please provide me the information for further usage of this card or refund my money.

                                      02nd Oct 2021, I was urged by Big Bazaar employee to buy this card. I paid Rs.10, 000 using my card. Now I have Rs.9000/- balance in my card.

                                      Several times for 5 months continuously, i visit the Big Bazaar shop @ Tirunelveli, but it is closed.

                                      Please refund my hard earned money which is with BigBazaar.
