Sir,
I have purchased big bazaar profit club card and as of now I have a balance of Rs 9000/-in it.
Big bazaar has closed and now I am not getting any update from them about my account balance and how to get the refund.
You are requested to please see into my case and register a complaint against big bazaar for getting my amount refunded asap.
Please do the needful at an earliest.

    I had taken big bazaar membership card on nov 2021 as deposited 10000 rs which validity for one years but now big bazaar is closed and there is no response by them neither mail nor customer care nos. so i want to return that card and refund my 9000 rs amount. please help. regards, senthil.

          They have closed the outlets without any notice as well as no information on refund of balance amount in these cards.

            I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 11, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.

            You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.

            So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and you are not reachable anyway.

                Respected SIr/Madam,

                I have been struggling to get my refund of Rs.6500 present in my Big Bazaar Profit Club card.
                I had sent the email to [protected]@bigbazaar.com In April 2022 and there has been no further refund initiated by them. It was promised to me by customer care over phone call that it would be done in 1 month. In email I had sent all required details (documents) as asked by customer care.
                This sounds to me like a big cheating to customers as now their email mailbox are bouncing and customer care number is down.

                                        Since almost all the Big bazaar stores are closed since 26th Feb, 2022. I am having balance in my Profit Club Card No. [protected], I applied for reimbursement of my Profit Club Card at Esplanade, J.L. Nehru Road Bigbazaar stores dated 07/05/22. The reimbursement is still awaited as already more than 1 month is over.
                                        Please reimburse my available balance approx 7083/- applied for reimbursement dated 07/05/22
