I am a retired father's daughter and i am writing this mail to you on behalf of him. As a responsible citizen, he has always been a role model and never ever believed in bulk buying. But the era changed and then came the big departmental stores called BIGBAZAAR, which opened with Voloumnous promises, safety, quality, and super budget friendly terms with its opening! It brought a wave of online buying as well as offline budget buying by push selling loads of products. When a person went to buy a bottle of shampoo.. He or she was lured into buyin a pack of 3.. With conditions like buy 2 get 1 free.. And this became a big huge hit.. although people never realized what these big brands were playing..
Now the next game they played is.. Compelling customers to buy prepaid cards by depositing minimum of 10, 000 rupees called profit club card..
And then one fine day.. They were all ready to make a huge SCAM by suddenly closing the stores and leaving these OLD people clueless about their money!

You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.
So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and you are not reachable anyway.
