Hi, I have purchased 2 profit club card and unable to do shopping since the store is closed everywhere, So i need refund for my card amount, I have sent mail to customer care of big bazzar but there is no response. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible

I've atleast 3 Profit Club card from Big Bazaar each worth Rs.10, 000, unused with maybe less than 20% usage.
Now that Big Bazaar is closed, their tollfree no. not working, email box is full
We are stuck with Big Bazaar without any response.
This since since February 2022. So, 4+ months has passed. There's no responsibility taken by Big Bazaar for consumers like us to refund nor any assurance till date about our amount.

Are we going to cheated by Big Bazaar ?

I am a retired father's daughter and i am writing this mail to you on behalf of him. As a responsible citizen, he has always been a role model and never ever believed in bulk buying. But the era changed and then came the big departmental stores called BIGBAZAAR, which opened with Voloumnous promises, safety, quality, and super budget friendly terms with its opening! It brought a wave of online buying as well as offline budget buying by push selling loads of products. When a person went to buy a bottle of shampoo.. He or she was lured into buyin a pack of 3.. With conditions like buy 2 get 1 free.. And this became a big huge hit.. although people never realized what these big brands were playing..
Now the next game they played is.. Compelling customers to buy prepaid cards by depositing minimum of 10, 000 rupees called profit club card..
And then one fine day.. They were all ready to make a huge SCAM by suddenly closing the stores and leaving these OLD people clueless about their money!

You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.
So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and you are not reachable anyway.

Dear Sir,
I have got the Big Bazaar Profit club card in January 2022 by paying Rs.10, 000.00 and The Total Balance was 11, 000.00 out of which monthly eligible balance on the same January 2022 month has been utilised.The total balance is Rs.10, 000.00 still not been able to use because the BigBazaar is closed.When we asking the continuation the big bazaar staffs were giving answer it can be used in reliance also.But we are cheated and Reliance straight away rejected this card.
I applied for to cancel and refund my Rs. 10, 000.00 by writing [protected]@bigbazaar.com.There were no reply from them.Also their customer care numbers are shut down nowadays.

I submitted the required documents as mentioned by Big Bazaar authorities at Esplanade store on[protected] and an ID no.BB[protected] was generated by the recipient at their end.
But till date I'm not in receipt of my Profit Club Refund of Rs.7, 000/- and I can't even get through to their representatives over phone to be aware of the present status of the same.

Hi, We own 2 BB profit club cards which are to be terminated.
On contacting the BB we got a mail to send our cancelled cheque and id proofs .
But the email bounces back from [protected]@bigbazaar.com.

Raising a consumer forum issue again such a fraud company .

The issue is that I Paid Rs 2499 for 6 items in Order Number: 10097588 and got only 4 items. After the shipment was received, I try to complain to Brandfactory on their website, app, and social media, but all not working. No way to escalate my complaint to Brandfactory

To whom it may concern,

Since Big Bazaar got taken over, I visited my local Big Bazaar (Palakkad, Kerala) in April 2022 and submitted my details for the cancellation and refund of the profit club membership. They told I will be getting a response within 2 weeks regarding the refund of my available balance. It's been 2 months and still no response.

I am concerned about my refund money. Please look into this and do needful.

Without any prior intimation to the customer, the big bazaar profit club card is now out o[censored]se inspite of balance of around 9000. If the store was to be closed why the cards were offered to the customers stretching over a period of 12 months. Now the customer care number is not working and also the email sent is bouncing. Is this the way the loyal customers are to be treated. Pls inform how my money will be refunded back. This is total harassment .Pls ask reliance to open the window for shopping with this card so that if refund of money is not available, at least we can buy goods .Or else refund us the money through credit note which can be used in reliance stores

I am holding the big bazaar profit club Card with balance of Rs. 11k. I have purchased card based on offers provided by big bazaar representative, and it was trapped for me. And next day, all Stores found closed. Not sure why sold the Card if company in bad condition.

Can someone help me to get this amount refunded or any other way use this balance amount in store or online.

I am facing the problem of not able to get refund for the profit club card, i have sent multiple emails and even connected with customer care. They have asked for my Pan card & cancelled cheque which i have already with them. Now, there customer care number[protected] is not working and emails are failing for [protected]@bigbazaar.com.
Reliance smart are not accepting profit club card, i used it only once and my remaining money got stuck.
I am also attaching mail pictures which says mail to [protected]@bigbazaar.com failed to deliver.
Please help me.
