    Without any prior intimation to the customer, the big bazaar profit club card is now out o[censored]se inspite of balance of around 9000. If the store was to be closed why the cards were offered to the customers stretching over a period of 12 months. Now the customer care number is not working and also the email sent is bouncing. Is this the way the loyal customers are to be treated. Pls inform how my money will be refunded back. This is total harassment .Pls ask reliance to open the window for shopping with this card so that if refund of money is not available, at least we can buy goods .Or else refund us the money through credit note which can be used in reliance stores

    No one from big bazaar has attended to the grievance
    The has future group has paid no attention to the complaint made nor anyone has ever called back for resolution. It seems big bazaar has ran away with my money. Could not believe that in today's India any big company like big bazaar who has earned so much trust, loyalty and love of its customers Could do like this and for such small amount of money for them.

      Hi,

      I am holding the big bazaar profit club Card with balance of Rs. 11k. I have purchased card based on offers provided by big bazaar representative, and it was trapped for me. And next day, all Stores found closed. Not sure why sold the Card if company in bad condition.

      Can someone help me to get this amount refunded or any other way use this balance amount in store or online.

        I am facing the problem of not able to get refund for the profit club card, i have sent multiple emails and even connected with customer care. They have asked for my Pan card & cancelled cheque which i have already with them. Now, there customer care number[protected] is not working and emails are failing for [protected]@bigbazaar.com.
        Reliance smart are not accepting profit club card, i used it only once and my remaining money got stuck.
        I am also attaching mail pictures which says mail to [protected]@bigbazaar.com failed to deliver.
        Please help me.

            Balance amount Rs7036.62 till this month. How can I redeem / get refund my amount deposited with future group. Not able to contact on with the reply "Your message to was automatically rejected".

              I did 2 Fixed Deposit (FD) with Future Enterprises Ltd which were matured on 30th march 2022 and I am still waiting for the money to be credited into my bank account. I tried calling them but there number is invalid, tried emailing them but haven’t received any reply, ask kindly help me through this.

                    I am a resident of Puducherry, I am a member of Big Bazaar profit club, Big Bazaar had there outlet at Puducherry so I took my membership there and I was using the membership only at Puducherry Big Bazaar outlet, right now I have 8000 at my Big Bazaar profit club wallet but without any information Big Bazaar outlets is closed for the past 5 months at Puducherry and no proper communication from them, I am very much worried about my money kindly do the needful and get me back the refund from Big Bazaar thank you very much.

                      As discussed with customer care, i have shared my cancellation cheque, id proof and membership card snapshot for refund request on April 24th 2022 and i got response from [protected]@bigbazaar.com saying they are working on this but no update yet and now am not able to reach thr Customer care number or email address. so need help on this to get back my 10k which I paid for my membership card renewal.

                                        This is Hemanth kumar BL, a loyal customer of big bazar. Purchased BBPC MEMBERSHIP [protected] on 18_9_2021 and having total unused balance of 7238.80 as on date. Have already written to [protected]@bigbazar for refund of the same several times but got no response. However with the present conditions since BB stores are closed, also their customer care and emails are not working. I am writing in this forum to seek solution.
                                        Since I used a credit card for payment same path might be usefull for refund.
                                        Also I have SBI fbb card and unused points of over 6000. same can be adjusted to balance payment .
