Dear Sir/ Madam
I have taken a profit club card of Big Bazaar on the terms that I can redeem Rs. 1000 every month till one year but just after one month, Big Bazaar closed its store from Varanasi. When I contacted on their toll-free number [protected], I was told to email to [protected]@bigbazaar.com my user id along with a canceled cheque for cash redemption of the entire active amount showing on my card. The caller promised to refund the entire amount within 30 days from the email received. I send the mail with all the requirements on 20/04/2022. Since then there is no further communication done by them. Their toll-free number is not working and their email id is not receiving any further emails. My User name in the profit card is [protected] and my card number is [protected]. Kindly help me.

    Profit club card automatically got declined from my account and not allowing me to add again. I have 6000 Rs balance which I am unable to use as most of the outlets are closed.I have tried to email but [protected]@bigbazar.com email inbox is full.so mail was not sent successfully.

    [protected] is mobile number through which profit club card is linked.

      I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 11, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.
      Big Bazaar/Future Retail company haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.
      All mode of communication is close. Customer care number is closed, their email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and we need mt Money back.

        This is one of the biggest scams in these days and no one is taking responsibility even media also not showing any where.
        They made me to take gift card with 10k in the big bazr it self and have never used it single penny put of it.
        Now all the stores are shut after taking the reliance.
        Now to whom to reach ? No call center number and no email .. such fraud it is .
        Please some help us on this.

        How many days they will take to respond.. by that time gift card will expire ..
        10k rupees yar .. such a fraud these guys are doing .. looting customers money .
        I will file a case on them.

          This is in reference to my order for a 3 seater recliner on hometown website (Order no.[protected], dated 24th April 2022.

          The proposed delivery date for the same was 2nd May 2022, however, even after over a month's time, it has not been delivered. The delivery dates have been changed multiple times, with no possibility of connecting with a customer care team (the customer care number is not reachable since I placed the order).

          Time and again I have received calls from the delivery teams giving me false reasons for the delay and suggesting new timelines which have not been abided by. Last week I received a call from the delivery team informing me that the order cannot be delivered and I should opt for an alternate product, which I did not agree to and asked for initiating refund of the booking amount. I have since then not received any update on the refund processing!

          I am highly disappointed by this callous attitude from hometown and request them to provide me with a clear update on the same and order a refund on an immediate basis. I sincerely hope I will be able to find a resolution to this through the platform.

                      i have taken bigbazar profit club card in vinaya nagar, saidabad branch. The employees of bigbazar are after me till i take big bzar profit club card for rs 10000/- .In jan 2022. Once i came to know the bigbazar is converting smart bazar, i have approached branch. They told the card will be accepted once the formalities are over. Since both big bazar and reliance companies are very big and faith about them thinking that they will not trouble the customers. I waited for sometime. After, observing the environment and employees replies, i have contacted customer care center. Of big bazar . They have suggested to cancel the bigbazar profit club card by submitting the cancelled cheque etc., .In march 2022. They have given ticket no:bb3220073(this no. Has given by customer care center of big bazar in march 2022 for cancellation of profit club card). No response from them . I went to uppal branch and submitted physical profit club card to the concerned person on 6-5-2022. Till now no response. Now no body is taking the responsibility. I have contaced reliance customer care center. No support. Now, i am worrying whether they are processing or not. Nobody is lifting cutomer care of big bazar. I hope the issue will be sorted out.

                          I recently purchased Easyday club membership in February but later in same month the store has been changed into reliance smart store. Also the online app not working. So what I am supposed to do? This is totally fraud. Please provide my money back or provide me service of Easyday or provide same features in any other shopping retailer like reliance smart store.

                            I am forced to take future group profit club membership by bigbazar in kathriguppe, Bangalore on Feb 2022 and later bigbazar closed because it has been sold out to reliance.i have not used it, the full amount 10k is in balance with the future group.but they have not setup cust care to take complaints and refund the amount.i don't understand how can this company is trying to cheat lakhs of people across the country. Please try to take action to refund the amount and resolve this issue very fast .this should be taken a volunteer complaint by the concerned authority. You will be making justice to lakhs of innocent people who are trapped with this cheating company. They have not yet announced anything about this matter so far in the press media to help the customers.some media should come forward to help us.

                              Hi,

                              I have been provided membership card (card No. [protected]), just a month ago it was about to shut done, without any information regarding closing.

                              As bigbazaar has been shut down by them without any notice, i am unable to redeem any amount (11 thousand) which i have credited to the card given by bigbazaar. Kindly help me to get my amount.

                              I have sent several emails to them, but didn't get any response.

                                Hello, I have taken profit club card paying 10k in the BIG bazar as they have insisted to make this card saying to the customer that they can purchase 1000/ every month for 12 month. After getting this card, BIG bazar is closed and acquired by the reliance. Now customer are struggling to use this card as this card is not working in any reliance store. BIG bazar customer care number and email not working,

                                  I have my big bazar profit club cards. There is balance more than six thousand in both cards. As per information big bazar is now sell out to reliance and my card is not in used in that mart and nobody tell me about my card.

                                    I have purchased a big bazaar profit club membership card on 09 oct 2021 on Rs.10100 with a offer to purchase Rs 12000 in a year...i have applied for closure of profit club membership card 92261189554998 on 15th april 2022 due to shut down of big bazaar and all future group stores...i have used only 1000 for shopping from base amount...so the customer care of big bazaar told me that they will refund Rs.9000 so that i booked a refund on this reference no: BB22200613415 on 15th april by care@big bazaar.com and they assured me refund will reach within one month...but now onwards the customer care number as wellas mail id is not working...kindly help me to get my hard earned money back...

                                      I used only Rs. 1000 on 12.12.2021 and Rs. 11000 is balance amount in my card which is unused,

                                      I have recently known that all Big Bazaar Outlets are closed and the online shopping website is also showing consistently that we are upgrading, so, please confirm the procedure of refund of the unused amount. I want my refund immediately. Please confirm procedure.
