I have mailed big bazaar regarding return of money of profit card due to closed service and email got failed and not able to contact customer care also.

Balance amount Rs7036.62 till this month. How can I redeem / get refund my amount deposited with future group. Not able to contact on with the reply "Your message to was automatically rejected".

Please refund my amount.

I did 2 Fixed Deposit (FD) with Future Enterprises Ltd which were matured on 30th march 2022 and I am still waiting for the money to be credited into my bank account. I tried calling them but there number is invalid, tried emailing them but haven’t received any reply, ask kindly help me through this.

I am a resident of Puducherry, I am a member of Big Bazaar profit club, Big Bazaar had there outlet at Puducherry so I took my membership there and I was using the membership only at Puducherry Big Bazaar outlet, right now I have 8000 at my Big Bazaar profit club wallet but without any information Big Bazaar outlets is closed for the past 5 months at Puducherry and no proper communication from them, I am very much worried about my money kindly do the needful and get me back the refund from Big Bazaar thank you very much.

As discussed with customer care, i have shared my cancellation cheque, id proof and membership card snapshot for refund request on April 24th 2022 and i got response from [protected]@bigbazaar.com saying they are working on this but no update yet and now am not able to reach thr Customer care number or email address. so need help on this to get back my 10k which I paid for my membership card renewal.

I have purchased a big bazaar profit club membership card on oct 2021 on Rs.10100 with a offer to purchase Rs 12000 in a year...i have applied for closure of profit club membership card [protected] on 26th april 2022 due to shut down of big bazaar and all future group stores.But then onwards the customer care number as well as mail id is not working...kindly help me to get my hard earned money back...

I purchased card in month of December 2021 and used till February 2022 after that my EMI is deducted continuously but not able to redeem our amount collected in profit club card. I request big bazaar team to refund my amount.

I have profit club card I have paid 10000 to bigbazar. . Now I have balance 9000 in account. Now big bazar is closed please refund my amount. I will suicide if my amount is not refunded.

i had mailed to close the big bazaar profit club card. the reply of the mail came and they wrote on the mail that your money will be credited to your account with in 30days while the money has not been refunded.

This is Hemanth kumar BL, a loyal customer of big bazar. Purchased BBPC MEMBERSHIP [protected] on 18_9_2021 and having total unused balance of 7238.80 as on date. Have already written to [protected]@bigbazar for refund of the same several times but got no response. However with the present conditions since BB stores are closed, also their customer care and emails are not working. I am writing in this forum to seek solution.
Since I used a credit card for payment same path might be usefull for refund.
Also I have SBI fbb card and unused points of over 6000. same can be adjusted to balance payment .

I have taken a profit club card of Big Bazaar on the terms that I can redeem Rs. 1000 every month till one year but just after one month, Big Bazaar closed its store from Varanasi. When I contacted on their toll-free number [protected], I was told to email to [protected]@bigbazaar.com my user id along with a canceled cheque for cash redemption of the entire active amount showing on my card. The caller promised to refund the entire amount within 30 days from the email received. I send the mail with all the requirements on 20/04/2022. Since then there is no further communication done by them. Their toll-free number is not working and their email id is not receiving any further emails. My User name in the profit card is [protected] and my card number is [protected]. Kindly help me.

Profit club card automatically got declined from my account and not allowing me to add again. I have 6000 Rs balance which I am unable to use as most of the outlets are closed.I have tried to email but [protected]@bigbazar.com email inbox is full.so mail was not sent successfully.

[protected] is mobile number through which profit club card is linked.

I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 11, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.
Big Bazaar/Future Retail company haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.
All mode of communication is close. Customer care number is closed, their email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and we need mt Money back.

This is one of the biggest scams in these days and no one is taking responsibility even media also not showing any where.
They made me to take gift card with 10k in the big bazr it self and have never used it single penny put of it.
Now all the stores are shut after taking the reliance.
Now to whom to reach ? No call center number and no email .. such fraud it is .
Please some help us on this.
