I have a balance of 9014 rupee in my profit club card.
How can I get it back.

I am narayan bataki i have purchased BBPC card in dec 2021 and paid all the installment but from last 3months I an not able to use this card as big bazaar were close kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
I have send multiple mails to your website its fails every time and call on you r customer care no it also closed, what a pathetic service you are providing, kindly refund my money ASAP.

I have used it only once since then and rest all balance is still pending. I recently want to a mall to buy some groceries with the card and i was informed that big bazaar has been sold to Reliance. The reliance stores are not accepting these cards.

I tried contacting big bazaar customer care on their toll free number and email but no response. Please help me with the refund of my card. Please direct me to the person who can help me with my refund.

Itried contacting big bazaar customer care on their toll free number and email but no responce from big bazar. I want to cancel my club card & take refund from big bazar.

Bigbazaar is not accepting my coupon codes worth 3000 in their stores saying that the company has changed. If so they are responsible to provide a refund for the same amount. They are not responding in customer care also...

Email – [protected]@bigbazaar.com) replied on April -5 -2022 that they would take up my refund request vide Ref no BB[protected], before that they have asked to produce a cancelled cheque as well as Adar card copy, which I have sent them.
The amount which was already credited in my future pay wallet has also vanished as they have blocked my card after my e.mail.
but even after 30 days they have not responding to my e.mails.

I recently purchased the membership card and invested 10000 in the same but when the stores started closing down I demanded my refund to which i was assured at the moment that i don't need to worry about, but since a few weeks neither the cake nor the mails are going through and i can't get a hold of them.

I had taken profit club membership this year Feb 2022. Suddenly Big Bazar windup their business without any intimation to customer about their deposited money.

Hii this is Kirti goyal.I purchased profit club membership from big bazaar on 1/3/2022.within 10 daysbig bazaar store was closed.we have visited the store for cancellation and mailed the customer care team of big bazzar.but no response we got from there side.we just want our refund of amount 10000

Hi, this is Bhagwant Singh holding Big Bazaar profit club card, issued on Jan 2022. This card I used single time. Due to some personal reasons I didn’t visit store for one month. After a month when I visit store in ambala, I got informed that big bazaar is not operational now and after some time it will open as smart bazaar and the team there ensure that this card we can use to shop at smart bazaar also. But as smart bazaar is open now and they refuse to use this card and said they are not answerable for this card. I have tried hundreds of times cust care[protected] and unable to connect. Same experience with [protected]@bigbazaar.com all mail sent on this Email got failed and bounce back. This is so frustrating to feel big bazaar cheat with us and block our hard earned money. Please anyone help how to get refund of my money.

Hi, I have availed Big Bazar Profit Club Membership by paying Rs. 10, 000 and Now the card is wasted. Stores are closed.
Email id and customer care numbers of Big bazar are also bot working.
We have nowhere to go to recover out invested money.
Please give me some information about where and when to collect the money invested by me...

My Rupees 4000 in wallet are not being returned. There are no stores of Big bazaar open now and all contact lines/emails are not working
