Hi,
As the Big Bazaar stores have been closed in my area, I requested for refund for my membership [protected] on 10th April, 2022 via email and it was promised over the phone that it will be done in a month's time.
However, there is no update and no amount refunded. Also, the support number & email address do not work.
Could you please refund it as earliest possible?
